Possibly the nicest check-in we ever experienced. A huge welcome with a bunch of smiles. Professional, friendly staff. Huge lobby with massive fresh roses arrangements. Room was super clean. Free airport shuttle just 5 mins away. Breakfast that will blow you out this world. (Massive delicious breakfast with tons of options)!We also had dinner there and the food was really good. We liked it so much, we booked it another night.

The hotel was well appointed with a beautiful wood tree trunk slice for a coffee table, the breakfast buffet and omelet station was excellent, the exercise room had good equipment, views and was clean. Best was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and shuttle driver from the airport. The room was large, excellent bed and linens. Highly recommend

There is refrigerator in the room, which is pretty loud, and I couldn't sleep well, I hope they can improve it

Very clean, comfortable and modern.

Close to the airport, with free shuttle service waiting to pick me up on my arrival. The hotel was modern; I was upgraded to a very nice suite. The bathroom had an excellent shower with space for two. There was a toilet room with a separate bidet. Many thoughtful details. Also, all the staff I encountered were professional, efficient, and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, including someone to make me an omelet. I was very grateful they could also make me a cappucino upon request.

There were too many light switches, including unnecessary lights that went around the bottom of the bed. Also, unlike other places I stayed in Ecuador, here I needed my adaptor to plug things into the wall.

A small window to open for outside air. After being in an airplane for 24 hours I crave fresh air. I never really trust recirculated air, it has led to outbreaks of respiratory disease. For me , I prefer a room withNo air conditioning and a small window that opens.Thought the breakfast was excellent with the exception of the phony butter(plastic). Ecuador has great butter and it is not expensive. The phony stuff is not good for anyone. I live here.

The staff were amazing. Helpful, efficient and friendly .The breakfast was incredible. Everything was fresh and delicious and the presentation was clean and attractive. We will definitely be staying there again.

The staff was wonderful!The breakfast offerings were delicious and had plenty of variety.The gym was nicer that your average hotel gym.

There isn’t much retail or restaurants nearby and very little within walking distance so I recommend get the breakfast.

Very convenient, shuttle service was great, staff great, room very comfortable, and breakfast delicious.

Breakfast buffet was great and the staff really accommodated my requests for extension of stay and storing my bags once I checked out and was waiting to return to airport for my flight out.

This property was unexpectedly nice. We only stayed for one night prior to any early flight back home. However, we would have been happy to stay longer. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were large with comfortable beds and a great shower, the airport shuttle was on time. No complaints!

Lack of laundry service

We’ve been coming here since the hotel first opened, and it just keeps winning us over. The staff are warm and welcoming, the location is perfect—right by the airport—and the bed? Easily the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The food is delicious, and my son lives for the room service. It’s our go-to home base whenever we’re in town.
