- Hotel was dirty. Run down. Needed some bleach. Sliding windows/doors overlooking balcony didn't no fully close or lock. There was a kitchen but no utensils, dishes, cookware. Refrigerator wasn't even plugged in. Hard to use a warm refrigerator.
