Staff are not very friendly and very poor English Very bad house keeping, cleaning very poor. During my stay for 6 nights they did not clean the floors nether once.

The hotel the staff are so friendly and feel like home, most of the speak english. Every thing is nice and perfect except the kids club was old, not clean, and most to the toys are damage, i wish to make for the kids more space. We try The People restaurant the food, view and the staff was more than perfect.

AC did not work, reported this multiple times without any resolution from the staff or technicians. Was told that it will be sorted out but nothing happened. Very uncomfortable especially with the hot weather at this time.

The calm and clean vibe of the hotel is ver nice. The prices are normal-ish for room service and the restaurant. The restaurant for dinner gets very busy buy the portions are large and enjoyable. The breakfast is very good.

The room service options are good however the service itself can be better. A small thing but the coffee in room service and the lobby bar should certainly be improved.

Complicated layout, pool was drained part of the time. Location is poor up a steep hill nothing nearby should provide scooters to local area

The infrastructure, the situation and view is georgous.I have to mention the staff at the reception and the restaurant were lovely.We love the situation, the view and the spa of this hotel and I mention the points above to keep the hotel at a good level (what was the case 2 years ago) it will be a pitty to let it go down.

But such a pitty that there is no tea or coffee @ disposal at the spa.There is also no natural fruit juice (only organge juice) these last one may be chargedWhen we wanted to order coffee at the pool with panorama, there was nobody, we asked the girl (with very long haires)in charge of the fitness and she says I can order cold drinks but hot drinks you have to get them yourself at the spa upstairs.In the room they forgot to put clean towels, water and coffee.I mention the points above to keep the hotel at a good level (what was the case 2 years ago) it will be a pitty to let it go down.

we loved everything about this hotel, we will come back! kid friendly staff, great spa facilities, delicious food, spacious rooms.

the only missing thing in this hotel is an outdoor hot pool.

One observation. We were noticeably overlooked/ignored at dinner both days. They were not particularly busy, (last time we came was summer and it was heaving), and this was not like the last few times we visited.First night, we let it slide, second night, it became a pattern. Disappointing and surprising was the case. I did mention it at checkout, as constructive feedback, it seemed to fall on deaf ears.

The hotel is a beautiful resort spa not far from the city with wonderful views from all rooms . The spa is luxury with a quiet atmosphere and the staff were nice and a place that I love and will come again .

The hotel closed the Badem coffeehouse, which was a real selling point.. The place is getting old too fast and needs maintenance and upgrading, such as carpets,furniture, and gym . The price of food is rocketing up as other places in Turkeyie . They reduced the bathroom amenities items to toothbrush only! Not a 5 star class at all. The massage service was below average for the price.

The decoration, the smiling and welcoming staff, the facilities, the view, the breakfast. All are great.

If there is a cloth iron and iron board it’ll be a great and appropriated addition.

the wifi was bad, the mini bar was not working even after they changed it. the water cutt off for shower , The reception staff were in a bad mood all the time!!!!!

Absolute perfection, you can go, sleep, eat, enjoy the spa, everything was outstanding in quality and taste. We only dream to go back.

Just book massages in advance, they were fully booked when we stayed, but that’s a minor minor detail.

Modern facilities, beautiful view, fabulous restaurant

This hotel is very unique in nature and if you are looking for a relaxing few days away this is the place to be. Its all about taking care of yourself with the vast amount of options such as indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa that includes the thermal pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, steam room and the list goes on. It does not also stop here as taking care of yourself also includes good food and this hotel definitely hits the high bar for me. The breakfast spread is generous with many healthy and homemade options. The hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner 'People' serves high quality food with a fantastic view.

Not really a negative but it depends on preference. The third time I stayed in this hotel the room was in the basement floor so it was darker and felt like it was in a basement.

The room is not like we booked I reserve a room with king bed I don’t understand why the hotel give me room with 2 twin bed join together with with 2 mattress they roped it on one blanket I’m really disappointed in not comfort and there were like hole in the middle a huge hotel with many rooms the don’t have one mattress kind size even though the value is not cheap !! Other thing my room near the service room so there is a slamming door noise even in night

The breakfast was nice, the hotel has very nice swimming pools and its the perfect place to get relaxed in the the hot pool

The A/C has to fixed and cool more, the ironing machines most of them were not working properly

Beautiful architecture, zen thermal pool, lots of art, wonderful breakfast, excellent service.
