The location is very good, it is in the heart of the city. The breakfast was also very good, with lots of options to choose from. I was so happy with my stay:)

Location, kind and helpful personel

I stopped here with my friends for one night halfway between Bursa and Ankara, and in spite of not very good weather we had a really wonderful time. The hotel is perfectly located, and the staff are really helpful. The rooms are spotless, if a little bit small, and the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms perfect.

We wanted to visit Eskişehir on our way from Bursa to Ankara and this was just the perfect hotel. Parking was a little bit complicated, but the staff helped us to get to the garage around the corner, and the parking was included in the Hotel rate. The rooms are really nice, if a little bit small, and the hotel staff are lovely. We left a pair of headphones behind in the room and they let us know immediately, and then helped ship them to our next destination, which was just fantastic service. Absolutely highly recommended, and lots of good restaurants and cafés nearby, and everything in town within walking distance. We would 100% come back again!

The location is perfect: at 13 minutes distance by foot to the train station, and at 5 minutes by taxi. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel modern and clean. I booked the room with the view towards the river. The view is amazing! For breakfast, you can have a variety of food.

The only issue is that the building looks poorly isolated, so cold air would easily access the room from the windows. But this is not a problem in itself because the temperature can be adjusted with a thermostat controlled heating. Thus, it's something that should be addressed by the hotel.

The corner room had really bad WiFi. Unfortunately the smell of the canal next to the building smells.

Perfect location, but the parking is not in the same building. Small room, but with everything needed for 1 night.

The staff does not speak English and couldn't help a lot

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, great location and represents great value for money.The breakfast was good and on one day, the air conditioning had broken, they had it fixed within the hour and called us to let us know.

I didn't have a negative on this trip.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are comfortable, the staff speaks English, it's clean. The breakfast is good. It is right on the river and there are many places to eat and have fun around and there are shops nearby. It has underground parking nearby.

Location is perfect,the hotel is new and seems clean

The room is extremely small and there is no soundproof so you can hear all the sounds around, crying kids, flushing neighbours toilets and as a bonus - the music from the neighbourhood cafes till 2 am. The curtain doesn’t close properly so you will have the light at the room anyway. The small lights was broken, when you turn off it still blinks all night long. Also there are bright lights “do not disturb”next the door which you can’t turn off, it reflects the mirror. Such an unpleasant experience if you wanna just rest and sleep after long road.

Very beautiful hotel in the middle of the city. Perfect view from the window on the Porsuk river. All bars and restaurants around. Totally new and very clean hotel.

We didn’t like a noise of the renovation workin the street on the weekend. But it’s not disturbing.

The location was great, near restaurants, cafes and supermarkets to buy essential needs. Near taxi stand and the Porsuk river. Found a hidden gem in terms of its proximity to open air neighbourhood shopping street. Young cafe vibe and traditional vibes all in one. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good breakfast spread daily.

Ironing services charged instead of own self iron and ironing board. Probably due to the nature of the toilet floor, water seem to pool on the floor so have to manage that on our own.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good location, friendly staff. They kindly accepted our checked-out time extension. Seems like they are tend to solve problems and enhance resident experience.

Sound resistance of room doors are not enough. Sound made by persons walking through corridor is directly in rooms. Thats why, cleaning staff especially in the morning, definitely should be more carefully to be more silent. As we experienced, they are likely to have direct communication with residents.Thats also not the typical and formal way of good hosting according to global hotel standarts

Reception is amazing, took me to the restaurant to have a cafe latte because my room wasn’t ready. I felt very welcomed. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel. It is worth the money!

The room we received at first was dark and small. We had to buy a lamp to get some light.

Superb Location, Good Breakfast, Comfortable Bed. Interesting in-room Shower with glass walls! Very romantic! They have their own space in Car Park.

No Tea, or Coffee making arrangements in the room! In hotel dining is not very good, but the location is so good that we did not have to bother for eating options.

The location was excellent the best in the city, the staff was super excellent and respectful. The rooms super clean . Beds Very comfortable and clean.

Shower is small , for me ok but for big poeple might be problem .

The location was great. Breakfast was also decent.

The room wasn’t in an ideal condition. Wires were hanging out of the wall, blow dryer was broken, fridge did not work … generally not spotless clean.
