last minute got a room at Sayic Hotel through booking.com. We got 3 single beds & 1 queen bed. I fit in with my family of 2 adults & 2 kids aged 9 & 6. Neat and clean room & toilet. Very helpful & friendly staff. The hotel also has its own parking space, convenient for those with cars. For breakfast, delicious and enough for our family.

I hope the hotel can provide glass cups to make it easier for customers to make hot water instead of using the paper cups provided by the hotel.

A little dated and my toilet was not fixed to the floor. The bar and restaurant were not open.

I was thoroughly impressed by the warm and professional demeanor of the staff, who greeted us with genuine smiles and attentive service. The hotel's luxurious ambiance added a touch of elegance to our stay, and the breakfast offered was both delightful and high-quality. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

The location is perfect. The reception is friendly.

The breakfast buffet was soooo poor.Not like the images in the website. They don’t refill plates.And don’t turn the air conditioner on. It was hot while we eat.

The one and only thing we liked was the chef, who stayed longer (after his working hours) to make dinner for us , as we arrived after 9 pm with a sick child. Of course, though pretty simple, it took quite long for the dinner to get ready as he was the only one to prepare it. But he was very nice and friendly and took our situation by heart. Informed himself about the child's condition on the next morning. Thanks a lot!

Small hotel, in poor condition. Bad hygiene, absolutely inacceptable. At the restaurant- dirty knifes and spoons with dried food left-overs from previous guests. Old table-cloths, thorn with hanging threads at the edges. Filthy carpet and chairs. Not clean in the room, with hairs in bathroom and almost used up toilet paper roll. Lockers opening by themselves, not able to shut down. Bathroom door handle loose. Scratches on walls, floor and wall edges. Holes in the bed sheets. No mosquito mesh on the windows. Air conditioner available but with very strong fan and very noisy, the air blowing directly and very strong onto the 3 beds under it and into your face and head when lying on the bed. Impossible to sleep, so we had to switch it off and sleep with open windows in the hot June night, with cars & city noise coming from outside and a vomiting child with constant headache. Bath slippers of the poorest possible quality , making it very slippery to walk on a wet floor. They did not even care to replace the old thorn stickers ( see pics). Breakfast- not satisfactory either. Parking available but also in a bad condition between old filthy shelters with unknown stuff and a barking dog in his house in front. Overall, extremely disappointing experience, and we wanted to leave asap in the morning. We'll not visit again.

Staff is very friendly, as soon as we reported a small problem with the room, we have been accommodated to another one.

Excellent service hotel. Staffs of this hotel very kind, receptionist very awesome, i loved mr hassan as bell boy, he took all of my thing and luggage to room. He give five star service. Thank you for convenience services.

The lift very small, just for 3 person, but i think not for 3 person, just confortable for 1 person only. Its funny hotel, i dont see any hotel have small lift like this. ??..Overall ok.

The location is perfect. Close to restaurants, Gondola embarkation point and old town. Good choice for family tour around the town. Hotel owner was so kind. We received two rooms close each other and were allowed to stay our car longer at the check out day.

We love, love, LOVE Soyic and we honestly think it can easily pass for a 4-star hotel. It definitely surpassed our expectations. Even though we were given a room with an amazing view, we had to change it as my wife couldn't stay in a smoker's room. The management immediately changed our rooms and gave us a good room with a great view. The breakfast too was amazing. We are grateful to the entire team of Soyic for making our stay a memorable one. We even asked for breakfast to be arranged on our last day earlier than the allocated times, and the chef agreed and had a tray set up for us and even though we asked for just basic fruits and coffee they set up the whole tray. We fell in love with the city as soon as we got off the train, and if we ever visit Eskisehir again, Soyic will be our pick! Unfortunately we can't remember all the names of the staff but the gentleman who was at the reception was very helpful and our go-to person, :) he even told us where to dine in the city, and the food was remarkable. The location was great. It was just close to the Odunpazari Modern Museum, Odunpazari Elveri, Aladin Park, and many other amazing shopping streets which can be reached on foot. You can use taxi easily in Eskisehir without worrying about scams, as this city has incredible locals who are honest and will go an extra mile to welcome you. We met an a very kind gentleman who actually walked us all the way from the station to our hotel, so don't be afraid to ask for directions, unlike Istanbul you won't be misguided! To call a taxi you just have to press a button and the stop is actually very close to our hotel. If you need help, you can also ask the staff at the reception, they called our taxi very early in the morning so we could get to the train station to catch our train to Ankara. Taxi is very affordable in Eskisehir.

Honestly, our stay was perfect!

The location of the hotel is great, in the city center and 300m from river side restaurants. It is well maintained and clean.

The facilities are not up to the standard. Tv was not working in one of the rooms.
