Park Dedeman Eskişehir

Nice and clean hotel and rooms, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast.

The hotel gets crowded on the weekend.

The place was very comfortable and clean , reception trying to help.

During the check out , there was no one to help us for the bags , I push the trolly to the car and put my bags in the car , and return the trolly back to the reciption area

Amazing hotel, everything was absolutely perfect and met my all needs!- own free parking - friendly staff- clean room - comfortable bed - a varied breakfast with a good selection They have also spa and gym, unfortunately didn’t have a chance to check it out Absolutely recommend if you visit lovely city Eskişehir !

Very new facility, very well trained staff, rooms are modern and quiet. Pakring right next to the hotel.

The location requires car to get into the nice part of the city, relevant for tourists.

The hotel was a perfect spot to stay in Eskisehir which is connected to almost the whole of the city through its nearby Guztepe Estram station. It didn't have a pool, however it had a free Turkish bath facility (of course you have to scrub it yourself) else pay and enjoy. Breakfast is fabulous and so is the staff serving. Free cycle rental was my favourite of all that allowed me to paddle around. I stayed for 6 nights and every day found different varieties of few dishes apart from regular ones.

It did not have a two room suit and pool or a public jacuzzi like most in UAE or even turkey with 5*

Clean and workers

There is no swimming pool, neither smart tv

Great location, own parking .Friendly stuff ,room was great

It was good, but I was expecting better.

Charged for fourth person but provided three beds for three nights. Got extra bed on our fourth extended day.

Great location, facilities, clean, everything working.

Staff could have been a little more attentive.

Exceptional

the only problem was that on the reservation it was written that I was allowed with the dog and when we arrived they told us that we had to notify them in advance and we paid for it

Modern and clean friendy and helpfull staff. Room was really comfy.

A bit remote location from city center

Staff is very professional, rooms are well decorated and spotless. It's very easy to park your car free of charge.

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience during our stay. The room was facing a busy road and the sound insulation was subpar, which made it extremely hard to sleep at night due to the road/vehicle noise.

Very good staff, perfect breakfast and nice facilities

My room was located on 5th floor and air conditioner looks not so powerful as needed. Temperature in the room reduced very slowly during 5-6 hours.

Nice hotel, up to par. The room is clean, comfortable. Excellent breakfast. We came for one night, we liked it. It is not located in the center, parking under the window.

Hotel is good but its not considered 5 stars at all, its like normal 3-4 stars hotel only. Breakfast staff were good.

No swimming pool, room & toilet smell very bad.Small parking area and always full.

The location of the property was great as we were able to walk to some great cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and modern.

The website suggested that this hotel had a pool which it did not.

We have 2 dogs and all personnel were very pet friendly, They have a lovely cat there. The restaurant was wonderful.

Very clean and modern place. The parking was directly in front of the hotel.

Immaculate clean hotel. Large family room. Comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff receptive. 13 minutes drive to downtown.

Good room, quiet location, good restaurant and breakfast, easy parking.

The only minor thing was that there was no fresh orange juice at breakfast (a common feature of the Turkish hotels we have stayed in) - very odd when the markets and roadside stalls have heaps of oranges.
