Cons -
- Hard to find, initially. There are two different locations on Google maps.
- This hotel has no manager. It's awful. The bathroom is broken. The TV didn't work. The room was old and dirty, the toilet flush was broken. The toilet faucet had a problem with the water. The bathtub was broken and dirty and very disgusting. There was one shampoo for two people!! There was one pillow on the bed in a 5 star hotel! There was hair in the bed!!! The smell of chlorine from the pool reached the elevator and hallway of the rooms and made the child cough and get sick!! All the showers in the pool are broken and broken. The floor of the pool was full of shoe stains and very dirty. The street floor is cleaner!!! The hotel breakfast was like a three star. There was nothing to eat and no variety. The fruit juice was only orange. The hot food was only eggs and potatoes!!!!! The sound of the room doors goes out easily and there is no peace!! The hotel pool was rented out to a training class with very ugly behavior. The female instructors sent us to the other side and behaved badly and said that now it was training and we came out. The Turkish bath was crowded, dirty and very small. We booked this hotel just for the pool and it ruined our entire vacation. Everything was so strange, like they gave us the hotel room for free!!!!!!!!
- We booked it because of pools, we needed relax. But the outdoor pool has been closed for 3 days because of wedding. And the inner pool was used as swimming school for children. This place needs to ask a question: which business is it in? Is it a hotel? Is it a wedding place? Is it a swimming school? As a guest, I was disappointed

breakfast does not match a 5 star hotel!
Location. Tahseen front desk manager is great person doing his best to solve issues.
Junior suit in booking site with 2 bathrooms but its only one. Room service was up to 22:00pm. Laundry service is not ideal
I travel more than 10-15 cities around Turki during a pandemic, this is the only hotel that really has measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.. I like all service in Hotel. Towels in a room packed, meals in a restaurant packed properly. Good job.!
Nothing.!
