Arus Hotel

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and very well equipped. Amazing location and also has free parking.

The hotel was very clean and centrally located. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety. The staff was polite and helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel previously safety first clean location is excellent no issue

You have to have self service with your luggage

Great location, nice staff. The rooms are clean, the furniture new.

A bit noisy due to traffic roundabout in front of the hotel.

Great location and sufficent room for a night accomodation

i was expecting to get a room with the square view not street

The hotel on the great location it’s a new clean and safe keep. cleaning the room on daily basis that was great.decent breakfast they need to improve their breakfast specially with the selection and bread otherwise everyone and everything is fine fantastic. Just noticed my room facing next opposite of the residential building which keeps your curtains close all the time.

Location

Location, staff, breakfast, everything was great. Rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. The overall impression is really excellent

The location and the room. Nice modern hotel. Nice bathroom.

I dont know how this works but the hotel said the room is full and i saw on booking available. So i booked from Booking and got a room. But this is maybe not the hotels fault. Its booking own system. I always find out that the workers of smaller hotels and less star are more helpfull and cheerfull. They are smiling and helping. In a bigger hotel is more proffessional but the workers are less social.

Location, room service, professional employees

Cigaret smell in room, blanket small, no second table for bed

Only the location

Staff was so bad They don’t speak English and they started saying something in Turkish in a bad way The keep asking for my room id every night I get back to the hotel so they made me feel like am a thief They didn’t clean the room They sent workers to do painting staff in the floor while I am still in my room, so they were too noisy and not respectful

Breakfast was buffet and was pretty standard. The room was very nice, but lighting could've been better. We had big windows but we mostly kept the blinds closed as it was too close to a lot of people outside. A few little cafes right outside were a nice plus. We had some issues with our wifi not working at start, but staff fixed it quickly.

Issues with wi-fi, but fixed quickly.

good location

clean and friendly staff

The location The delux VIP room spac and view

clean location stuff

only the noise from streets, but was okay for me

The hotel is excellently located, centrally, with quick access to shops, cafes, restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms clean, spacious, the service very good.

Although every door says no smoking, the rooms smell of cigarettes and alcohol

The room was very big, even though it was for 4 people. Everything was clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good as well.

Excellent location right next to all the fun, pubs, shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Excellent value for money

Staff were nice and friendly but struggled a bit with communication as they could only speak Turkish

Great hotel is explore Eskisehir. The hotel is centrally located in town and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bar street. it is also a short walk to the central two with more restaurants and the central canal. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The wifi is strong and the included breakfast was well done.

The hotel met all of our expectations.
