- The resort had everything, staff were friendly and always willing to help, loved the experience and everything
- Great place.
- Overall a good property, but disappointed with the check-in experience. We had booked 7 rooms and arrived with a group that included ladies who needed to freshen up after traveling. I requested that we be given a few room keys first so they could go and refresh, and I would provide all the required details right after. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to give out any keys until the full check-in process was completed for all rooms in the system. This took over 20 minutes, which was quite frustrating, especially when she blamed us for booking all the rooms under one name. Aside from this issue, the rooms were very clean and the service throughout the stay was good. I hope the check-in process can be made more flexible in the future, especially for group bookings.
