It was very Clean and Location is good

Mattress Quality is very bad, It's Shrink at the Middle and cause Backpain as well as being Less comfortable with the Sleep.

Very helpful staff, great location for cathcing the evening sunset dhow cruise. Excellent breakfast buffet with good coffee. No shortage of rooms.

The hotel is very spread out and has dozens of guest buildings that look similar. By the time I had properly understood where everything is, I had taken many wrong turns and we were ready to check out

VERY BAD ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGERS , very unfriendly and unpolite, made us feel unwelcome during our 12 days stay.I almost had a very serious accident when the glass in the shower broke, but they never apologized, never offered a refund or at least a meal or a glass of wine. On top of that they wanted to double charge us for the breakfast because I took some croissants for later (had to take a medicine). They also double charged us the city taxes and never gave even an answer about the refund we asked.We are a family of 5, having travelled all over the world and in this hotel we experienced the WORST ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGERS ever….

I loved the location. It’s right at Nungwi beach so you can access the ocean at any time and also book excursions easily..you will see the most beautiful sunsets as well..I also loved the fat fish restaurant on the grounds. They had good food this awesome band play one night and it was a beautiful experience.

For the charge the room could have been a bit better and bigger with more modern facilities. My room was so far out with a view of the water tanks but oh well hakuna Matata! I still enjoyed my stay regardless

Breakfast was buffet and satisfying. Beach location was ideal. Restaurant food and drinks and service was good. The interns who showed me my room was exceptionally personable and fun to talk to.very safe location and safe deposit boxes were very useful.

Having to put a $10 deposit for a pool towel. Mildew smell in first room. They did move me to a better smelling room. The Wi-Fi only worked on the balcony of m6 room. The school students at the school next to hotel were loud in the mornings that I wanted to sleep in. The concierge prices were higher than dealing direct with the boat operators

The location , staff and the facilities being near swimming pool beaches and other hotels. Breakfast was good . Restaurant was good with variety to chiose on lunch and dinner and great vies. Walking fidtances to other hotels and sovenir shopsQuite safe good staff

The Toilet , the should improve them and provide more toiletries

- Only the beach was good.

- The room furniture very old- the air-conditioning with moisturizer air- the horrible room smell- the hypocrite reception staff - the price was overly estimated for such service.

Some of the people in my group thought the hotel was dirty I was fine with it it’s not 5* but clean and comfortable. Some rooms without views and ver depressing with small windows. Would suggest pool or sea view

Excellent location. Right in the beach. Our room balcony overlooked the ocean. It was wonderful to see and hear the waves from our room.The staff was very helpful and addressed all our requests including organizing a tour of the island.

The staff were very helpful and very well coming. The property is located on the beach front as advertised and presents easy access to the beach activities. For the price and what services one receives, I would highly recommend.

This has nothing to do with the property but just as a general review, there is too much street vending around Nungwi area and one cannot have a peaceful walk around the area.

Slow service

The breakfast was simple but acceptable; however, the dinner was just the same as breakfast—lacking variety and imagination. The pool was available, but nothing special, and didn’t stand out in any way.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. The AC in our room didn’t work and was supposed to be fixed, but nothing happened. After 3 days, we moved out since no compensation or alternative room was offered. Hard bed and poorly cleaned balcony. There was a construction site during our entire stay, which was very disruptive. We checked into the Canary Hotel & SPA instead – a true five-star hotel that surpasses this one by far.A disappointing stay with poor service, repetitive food, and ongoing construction—definitely not worth the price.

I really liked that the hotel is right by the beach so i could go to the beach all the time and go for different activities. my room was clean. I was given 2 bottles of water each time they cleaned the room which is really good. Zanzibar was very Hot so i am very glad the room had AC and a ceiling FAN. I liked that the bathroom had a water heater because i prefer hot showers. The staff were friendly and nice from the cleaning staff to the receptionist to the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant. The swimming pool was clean and the beds by the pool were more than enough for the guests. the hotel is located in a quiet area so i got to rest and enjoy my vacation away from the noise of the city. the restaurant food was amazing. i liked having meals with the view of the ocean. Also as a solo traveller woman, I felt safe here. Lastly, my departure flight was late in the night so at check out time they helped me keep my bags in the luggage room so i could continue to relax till it was time to leave.
