Outstanding breakfast- fun shop - great staff - awesome room - beautiful pool area

Comprehensive in all respects…friendly registration to helpful luggage staff…to wonderful room to outstanding restaurant with very nice atmosphere for dinner (try the delicious prawns and avocado cocktail). The breakfast is excellent with freshly made omelettes, fresh fruit, and breads. Speciality coffee bar as well.

Not much to fault - had a great stay, staff was friendly, they have a good restaurant, but could be a bit pricey for overall offering and experience

The location was great for the places we needed to go, especially to Wilson airport. We found all of the staff wonderful, especially Sylvia, Sarah, Thomas and Emanuel, who took such good care of us (we stayed there on 2 separate occasions actually). The breakfast had so much food - definitely fit for anything anyone needed.

Really my only complaint was having glass between the bedroom and bathroom instead of a full wall. So if you turned on the light during the night, it woke up the other person. I'm really not sure why the designer thought that was something that should be done. Very odd

It’s ok for 1 night but didn’t feel there was enough room around pool for amount of rooms.

The hotel itself was exceptional staff were attentive and lovely decor. The room was clean and good size and the bed was by far the most comfortable we had on our entire trip to Kenya.

It was so noisy. We had an early morning flight and so wanted to sleep in the evening, however there was music being played so loud that the walls vibrated. Sound proofing might be a good idea

We arrived and were told they didn’t have a room for us and had booked a room in their sister hotel Eka. Fortunately it was 5 minutes away and it was alright but extremely inconvenient after arriving after 11pm. Should have informed us earlier as this couldn’t have been a last minute problem as I booked this room over 6 months in advance. Eka was reasonable for a similar budget.

Nice design and large hotel so not on top of people. Felt safe.

Room faced an outdoor nightclub which was incredibly loud until late, only to wake up to small planes landing at the local airport directly in front of the hotel. The pool had a nice size, but despite asking for towels, they never came. Live band at night in the bar next to the restaurant, so if looking for a quiet home away from home, this isn't quite it. Expensive given all this.

Brilliant staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely accommodation and surrounds.

Could be a little cheaper and they could offer you a room to shower in if you have a late flight but have to check out early. Also, there is a pool but it’s strange to use it when there are loads of business meetings and conferences on with people doing them outside on the tables around the pool
