Impala Hotel Parklands

Some of the staff were welcoming It's a very neat place It's location superb

No intercomThe restroom was old and its roof not completely sealed

Located in prime location hotel is neat and clean

Rooms are very congested and some of the rooms don’t have door in washroom look like prison and hot water flow is very bad coming only very hot water r cooled water taking bath in this hotel rooms not easy.

Location was good. Staff were helpful and polite.

The rooms and facilities are dated and need upgrading.

The place is in a very good location but needs alot of repairs..especially the rooms, everything is worn out.

The staff was very accommodating. Thanks Rufina for all your help. The staff helped me navigate through my challenges with ease and made my stay enjoyable.

I liked the room and loved that I was showed care when I felt sick.

Place was well located, bar was very good and staff excellent.

The facilities were outdated, shower was either very very hot or very cold, bathroom sink was awful. No space to hang cloths or towel, toilet did not flush properly, and the list is endless. Electrical sockets hanging (dangerous), no bed side lights just the main light

centrally located - nice staff and easy approach

staff

The staff were really so helpful

Old and dirty rooms. Broken doors, locks don't work. No TV.

FRIENDLY STAFF

IT'S OLD NEEDS SOME RENOVATION

Nice staff&clean atmosphere

Old style

The location is great and staff are hospitable.

The property needs renovation and well maintained furniture. When this has been done, the price can be doubled as the location is superb and the staff are hospitable and professional.

Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff

Rooms way too warm, could use a fan.Struggle to get hot water.

The rooms are super clean! And the personel is soooo nice and helped us with everything

The rooms where hot during nightime

Breakfast was okay. The location is good and Purity, the receptionist, was friendly and welcoming. There is an active and spacious bar with spacious parking and barber.

Mosquitoes were everywhere and there was no mosquito net or mosquito repellent. The water tap makes noise and privacy in the bathroom is minimal because there is a window low and big next to the toilet seat that leads to the watchman's room. There is no Arabic shower installed for the washers, Muslims.

It's affordable. I also like the location at the city center. It's proximity to the exams venue. Serenity of the environment. The staff, Mr Francis, Miss Lyn, the security men, infact all were so nice and hospitable. Although an old building but clean interior. I liked my breakfast. I recommend this place.

The room was nice for one night. There was hot water and a very comfortable bed.

The facility of the hotel is very poor. I wouldn’t be satisfied if I’d have stayed there for more than one night. It was also very hard to find the Hotel.

Location is perfect.

Hotel should ask clients their choice of meal for breakfast.Engage 24hour chef for guests arriving late because we didn't manage to get dinner.

nice bar, good location and clean

Value for money.

It's an old property and dull ambience. Just due to reasonable price W chosen it for short

The place is not good at all evening is the worst from the security to the staff on duty I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The security who made me wait out side the gate late at night because one was probably a sleep and the other one was busy watching/listening to music with earphones on and couldn't hear my car at the gate hence I had to look for another way in in short the security of the place is zero Check in is the worst ever the person in charge of the reception had to be called from the room she was sleeping in made me check in myself no registration at the desk nothing.....
