Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport

I like how close it was to the airport, how nice and professional the staff were, and how clean everything was.

For the price it was simple and basic

I use Four Points about three times a year. It is absolutely the only location for me as I always do the same thing. I get in late after two flights from the USA via Amsterdam and I always book an 8 AM flight to Kisumu to be with my family as soon as I can. I have tried the other airport hotels but none compare with Four Points. There is always a sign with my name on it and I am immediately taken to the hotel. I asked for ice to ice my recently operated on knee surgery and it was terrific. Room service is quick and reliable. Thanks, Four Points. See you next time!

Overzealous security, unfriendly receptionist, not willing to issue the invoice (pushing to booking.com), overcharging extra guest

check in super slow, elevator broken & no stairs to access the room. we’re booking for 2 people, got only 1 towel and need more than an 1.5 hour, 3x calls to reception until we get it. our plane delayed for 1H, and no one is waiting for us in the airport. we need to asked help from other hotel reception to ask them to picked us in the airport

The hotel is very close to the airport, and it sends shuttle to pick you up and drop you off for free.

The property is a bit aged. The plumbings are old. The booking (through booking.com) could not be changed and the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price!

Help from Staff to read the many emails I brought, and to help navigate the billing of two rooms!

We stayed at The Four Points by Sheraton on our arrival in Kenya and before our departure. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and responsive. Our rooms were modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant on the lower level provided a variety of well-prepared meals for leisurely breakfasts and lunches. The hotel is within the airport zone, a tightly-secured area, so there were no concerns regarding safety.

Really close to Nairobi airport and they arranged free transfers to and from airport.

Nothing. Was an oasis of calm and a great place to sleep if you have a layover in Nairobi.

The shuttle service from and to the hotel was on time and done very professionally.

Only one bath towel for two guests. The air conditioner made an noise that it had to be switched off, but no windows could be opened which led to a very stuffy room.

Very good location, to take flight early morning, kind hotel bus driver.

My room should have been already allocated and ready to occupy immediately after check in . Bearing in mind I checked in 6 hours after the expected check in time .

Very close so convenient location from and to the airport.The security was good and staff was really kind.The room was not very spacious but still had all I need.Had a great stay.

The hotel staff were superb. I needed to pick up luggage from Customs and the Driver stayed with me and attempted to assist me with issues securing my luggage.
