Executive Residency by Best Western Nairobi

Location Clean and modern

No Aircondition. But they brought us a fan

The location is good as it is close to the main roads and Mall The Staff are excellent.

Spacious. Comfortable. Good breakfast food. Good transportation from airport.

There was nothing about the property that we did not like, but would be nice to be closer to airport and have more reliable TV channels.

It is always very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with great service.

ALWAYS THE LOCATION THE FACILITY IN THE APARTMENTTHEY DIDNT CHARGE THE EXTRA BEDJOSEPH AND COLLINS WERE VERY NICE TO US

-THE BREAKFAST from 9am they don’t refill .-The cockroaches -The cleaning service -Early check out

I made my booking a few days in advance, so it might be that I got a discounted deal. However this is a very good residence in. The room had a complete kitchen with stove, normal size fridge, pots/pans etc, washing machine and ironing board. There was a living room with couches etc, but also a good size desk with a nice view. Furthermore there was a balcony with sun in the afternoon. On top of that there were two bedrooms and both had a bathroom. You could easily stay here with a family of 4. There is a supermarket at walking distance. The onsite restaurant served a very good breakfast and the diner options were also tasty.

The only thing the facility could improve on is the gym. It has the facilities, but they are not as new as hoped for. But I would not call this a deal breaker.

We’ve stayed at a few Best Westerns in the U.S., but this one in Kenya really stands out. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish.Eve at the front desk was exceptional!! from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. She was professional, kind, and always attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her warmth, genuine care and consistency made us feel valued as guests. She truly went above and beyond in every interaction. She is such a joy. When we had a small issue with our room one night, Abigael resolved it quickly and efficiently, moving us without any hassle. The whole team was friendly and responsive. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. We also loved the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day. Always nice to see a smile from Peter and the kitchen team We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you Eve ,Bestwestern and all who made our stay awesome

Excellent breakfast and Chef /Staff was very friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean. This is our third time we have stayed in this property and definitely use it again.

I was very satisfied with the service at the Executive Residency, Best Western. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Judy at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and gave us a lot of great tips during our visit. The apartment was spacious and very clean! The location of the hotel was great. Everywhere we wanted to visit was a short uber drive away. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nairobi!

The only downside is that the mattresses were quite hard and slightly uncomfortable if you are used to softer mattresses.

Convenient serviced appartement Good food at the restaurant on the rooftop Nice area of townVery spaciousClean

We enjoyed our stay at the Executive Residency. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to different tastes, and the room service and cleaning staff were courteous and attentive, keeping everything immaculate. The hotel’s central location in a nice neighbourhood provides easy access to shops, cafes, and gastropubs, all within walking distance. The rooftop bar offers a pleasant atmosphere, with prices that align with typical hotel rates—reasonable without feeling overpriced.

The placement of the swimming pool was a bit awkward, as morning swims coincided with guests having breakfast nearby, making it feel less private. Additionally, the gym facilities felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades to meet modern standards. Keep in mind there are no air conditioners –which didn't affect our stay due to the season, but worth considering if you travel during the hot period.

The location is great. In a nice area in Nairobi, close to a supermarket and nice restaurants. It is safe and the facilities are ok. The pool was a bit dirty, but in general the whole hotel was clean. The satff was friendly and very helpful!

- The pool was a bit dirty - the bed mattress was very uncomfy- Breakfast was not good

The rooms were spotless, very spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast was good and the staff were super friendly and helpful

Everything was excellent

The kind staff, nice facility, nice breakfast and I really liked the fact that I could book without money and pay at the reception at check in. Thank you beautiful people.

The snacks in the room were not free of charge. They should tell us that on entry but otherwise everything else was excellent. I love you Executive residency

The staff were incredibly friendly, always with pleasant body language and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the security gate—something that's quite rare in Nairobi. They consistently listened to our requests and made sure to address any concerns, which is far beyond the usual customer service experience in the city.

Loved the space...

There was only 1 fan in the apartment we had to ask for another one. No air condition
