Weston Hotel

I was received with a smile. My room was very neat and was cleaned every day. The lighting was enough. Everything as

The fact that there was no information within the room about the cost of services such as massage, facial etc. Each time I asked for the menu of this services at the reception, I was promised that they will bring it to my room but they never brought it. I asked for it on 2 different occasions and gave up.

Close to Wilson airport fairly clean and reasonably priced

Run down and the food was just above McDonalds

Proximity to the airport, fast service, quiet

Great location near the Wilson Airport. Great breakfast and they served it at 5AM for a large group of travelers flying on an early morning flight. I didn't expect to have breakfast that early and I was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't have a chain to lock the room from the inside. They need to replace it.

Location is good. Very close to WIL airport.

The airport pick up is not reliable and we would not trust the drivers sent by the hotel. We booked two NBO airport pickups through Weston Hotel on 8/16/25. The total ($70 USD for two rides) was paid in advance by credit card. However, when our friend was dropped off in the middle of the night, the driver falsely claimed he had not been paid and demanded an additional $30 USD cash before letting him leave the car. This felt like a scam, as the rides were already covered. We were very disappointed by this experience and hope the hotel takes steps to ensure drivers do not exploit guests in this way.

Close to Wilson Airport

After 4 days of safari we asked about a day room to shower and change. They charged the same as when we stayed overnight.

Location

First room air conditioner didn’t work had to move to another room! Second room bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel needs infrastructure maintenance. At 7:30 am 2 rooms from me maintenance started jack hammering in this room that woke me up even though a do not disturb sign hanging on door!

Great food selection at reasonable prices

Needs refurbishing; room setup, TV, bed comfort, limited parking etc.

The frienly staff, good facilities.

Sounds silly but the curtains in the room. Outside my room (second floor) stands another builing so close that i could folow the conversations. So privacy was difficult because the curtains where difficult to close.

Proximity, great staff, and cleanliness

the rooms were comfortable.

the food was awful, a basic order wasn’t met, a caesar salad with no Caesar sauce, chicken satay skewers which arrived with a mushroom sauce, we sent it back the chicken was reheated and the sauce was then a thicker mushroom sauce. the excuse was it was a new chef. after bringing this to the attention of the waitress the hotel didn’t even offer a further explanation.

Security

Dirty bathroom and cold water in a bad weather

Great location opposite Wilson airport so really handy for the early morning flights north. Terrific breakfast which was included in the room rate. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, it makes travelling as a single female very easy and I felt very safe. The taxi pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta was great again, the driver waited despite my flight being late - and immigration taking the time it always does!

Not very much, the room is great and I would happily recommend and stay here again.

Friendly staff delicious food free transfer

It was well situated to Nairobi Wilson Airport (you just cross the bridge). Had large, clean rooms. Staff was great.

It is a pity to have to pay an amount for breakfast (however it is not so rich to justify it). While being close to Nairobi Wilson, it is far from down town.

Close to domestic airport

Did not pick up from international airport even though sent confirmation email

Perfect for Wilson Airport. Super building. Great staff and breakfast

Excellent

Prudence on reception was fantastic. Smiling, happy and very helpful. Same applies to bar staff and breakfast staff

Right beside the airport with a quick free shuttle to Wilson Airport

The hotel offers a well equipped gym and a well presented breakfast buffet. Also appreciated the free shuttle to the Wilson airport.

My room door didn't close and secure easily, it needed effort an older person or child probably would have difficulty with. Also, workers? Started at 4:30 am in the area outside.
