Waridi Paradise Hotel and Suites

Convenient, good security, staff were really friendly. Rooms were large & clean. We had a suite with 2 rooms so was perfect for a family.

Bathrooms were a little tired and never came with a plug for the bath to give the kids a bath.

Pool.

We spilled a little coffee and wiped it up with a hand towel. At check out the staff said the towel was ruined from a fire and showed us the towel that did not have burn marks but the coffee that we wiped up. They had the towel in a bag as proof but still said it was a fire that made the brown marks. Just the smell of coffee was evidence enough. We had to leave for the airport so we were not going to argue it any further. Was charged $18USD for the towel. Moral of the story if you spill a little coffee or tea do not wipe it up. It will cost you.

Location was good

Unprofessional staff behaviour, had kept some money along with the passport and other documents. When I got back, the money was missing and this was immediately reported to the front office staff. They sided with the housekeeper and did not report the matter to the management. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very calm and quiet with relaxing green park views. Spacious apartment, good room service. Great vibes with balcony and big windows, bright rooms. Nice pool and garden. I'd definitely come back again!

Apparently apartments don't have AC, only the rooms. I didn't need it it though because it wasn't hot season. Opening windows can freshen up the air too (I'm told they're just going to install misquito screens too, so that one can open windows even at the night). Lights were a bit dim, wifi a bit weak and fragile router but ok (router stops working whenever the cleaner accidentally touches it).

The staff were very helpful, food was plentiful and very tasty. Highly recommend.

Would have liked the bar to have been open.

The facility did not provide airport pick up and drop off.

good location you can actually walk to Yaya centre about 1km also the carrefour which is closer. the restaurant with room service is very good and a total asset to this hotel

The staff is excellent, especially my brother who is stationed at laundry facilities, he ensured that I enjoyed my stay there. The staff is so friendly, polite and nice. The rooms are big.

The hotel needs some renovation, rooms have no safe, no dressing mirror, no place to put your cosmetics, the basin’s drain was not working properly, the floor needs to be renewed, the mattress is old and not so comfortable, the towels are old have changed color, the charging ports cater only for locals…a lot need to be improved.

Easy check in and check out.

The food really was not good. The picture looked different to what arrived. Was very dull, not updated. Pictures online done reflect the actual hotel

Property has great grounds. Very well kept, nice pool and outdoor seating area. Inside was clean.

Overall, Waridi is an ok value. The location in Kilimani is really nice. It's easy to get just about anywhere in the city from here, and there are a lot of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars around within walking distance. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly, particularly the men and women and the front gate. The wifi is strong as well.

The rooms are a bit dated. The showers were old, but the hot water worked very well still. The beds were not the most comfortable, but not horrible.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Also they have a private cocktail bar. We really enjoyed the service.

The location of the property is close to Carrefour supermarket for all your needs.

The rooms are tired and dated. We were unlucky to have had faulty hot water system meaning we were unable to shower after we arrived. Given, this fault was rectified same night, however the heater didn’t heat until next morning. The bed was extremely hard, there was an opening in the glass sliding door which allowed mosquitos to enter our apartment.Breakfast was fairly basic. No alternate milk / dairy was available though.Staff are friendly and kind.

The apartment was very spacious. The hotel is located at a very safe area I walked around the hotel day and night without any problem (the roads around the hotel are very well lit at night and there is traffic almost all the time). Two shopping malls are at walking distance of the hotel (Yaya and Rose Avenue). The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. There is a 24/7 restaurant at the premises serving good food. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness room.

I didn't like the coffee at the breakfast buffet (tasteless instant coffee). Coffee aside the breakfast buffet was ok.

Very good service and an amazing room. The facilities are good and the garden is lovely.

24 hr accessibility incredible staff made it...for me always ready to help.

Apart from no hot tub or plugs for the bath..the only thing I didn't like was leaving.

But rooms located near the road are really noisy at night. There are Pub or Bar near by from which car horn or noises of girls keep coming until 3 am

we especially liked that the appartement was very spacious, convenient for short stay, nice pool and garden area, hotel restaurant and reasonable prices. Yaya center in walking distance.
