Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport by IHG

Clean and safe

Not honest. 2 electrical sockets didn¿t work. Took over an hour to fix and wasted my precious time. Gave me a handicapped room. I did not request, and front desk didn¿t tell me about it. After unpacking and ready for shower, I realized this is a handic

The location was pretty close to the airport and we didn't have to wait long for the provided shuttle. It was easy to find the shuttle upon arrival.

No, it seemed very nice especially for a stay when traveling in/out of the airport.

The staff was really helpful! Particularly there was a waiter who was incredibly helpful and kind!

They don?t give briefings about important issues and they suddenly charge you a huge amount without telling ahead of time

The property was nice and close to the airport and the shuttle helped so much!

Everything was super nice

Close to airport, comfortable, great friendly staff

All good

Breakfast was great. Room very clean and good size. Staff very friendly. Picked me up super early morning from airport.

Since I came so late even though I emailed ahead of time my booking wasn't in the system. This meant I wasn't on the list for transfer and it took a long time to check in at 4 am. They definitely made it right but it was rough for so early.

Loved the amenities, the room was perfect and comfortable. The fact it was close to the airport and their shuttle could get us to the airport quickly was perfect. The staff were very friendly and amazing!

Proximity to airport, airport shuttle, extremely friendly and helpful staff

The room was spacious and comfortable

The bar on the roof was noisy and busy with only one bartender who didn’t have what he needed to bring us a Diet Coke or the mocktail we ordered. Very slow service. Still he was apologetic and polite.

its close to the aiport and that is what we needed. We hadn't see any Christmas anything and the hotel had amazing decorations. The staff were friendly.

Near the Airport

Everything was great. The upgraded room was a two room suite but sadly no good balcony view

Modern and comfortable

Cost was high, evening restaurant service very slow

It was a very comfortable stay when our flight was cancelled out of Nairobi. The staff was extremely courteous and the breakfast buffet was really quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Very little. It is as you would expect for a Crowne Plaza property.

Clean, kind, well advised, helping,Good facilityEverything was there

Everything and everyone was amazing and I will stay again. The bed and bath was very nice. No complaints.

There was a lighting issue in my room, however the maintenance person came quickly to fix it. I wasn't making a fuss. I just wanted it to be fixed for the next guests.

Very nice up-to-date hotel with modern rooms

Close to the airport and hence rather fare away from city centre

Everything -- the food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. I stay there whenever I visit Kenya and can't imagine staying anywhere else.

nothing. Everything was perfect.

Reception, room service and transportation to the airport

i love everything

I checked in late at night after difficulties at NBO securing a last minute transit visa. Once I arrived, I had no regrets paying a premium for a night of total comfort and solitude prior to flying home the next day at the end of my (first-ever) 3-week, multi-country, budget-minded, visit in Africa.

My own mental confusion about how to turn on the lights (there's a slot for the key card inside near the door, duh). Also, I could have used one more cup of coffee in the room.
