Everything, from the facilities to the staff. Special thanks to George, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and my birthday special. We arrived very early in the morning, and he immediately gave us a complimentary room as he saw it was my birthday. The hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake! The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly stay in Nairobi. We will definitely be back!

The location was right next to a lot of really nice dance clubs. The rooftop pool was very nice and the exercise room was clean and well equipped. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Brake fast was ok not too high & not too low, Rooms where perfect cleaning was excellent staff are really friendly and very helpful overall nice experience

Pricing was higher if you compare with another park inn since it's in African continent hope its ok that all as of now

your room is clean, keep it like this or go beyond as you can, I really enjoyed your breakfast, each client have a choice of what he can take for a breakfast.

Room was spacious, roof top pool is nice, food is good.

Spacious room with a great layout (was in a superior room), modern aesthetics, furniture and fittings, good water pressure, and hot water in both shower and sink. Great buffet breakfast with many tasty food options and juices - scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. Great location in the heart of Westlands with easy access to areas within Nairobi. A modern and fresh looking hotel with friendly staff who were kind and considerate to allow me a later check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't get an upper floor room on check-in, as I had booked the Ngong Hills view room, I wanted to get a better view from higher up of this famous Nairobi landscape. I was told that floors 6 to 10 were under maintenance and was given a 3rd floor superior room; however, the Ngong Hills were not visible! I felt slightly disappointed by this! The air conditioning is centrally controlled and could be made cooler, especially during the hot season.

Calm, good location and good staff. Customer care team at the reception are very good, kind and professional . They are also fast.

The bathroom soap bottles are hard to use ( hard to press ) could have better ones.

The people who work here are wonderful. Attentive, polite, caring and super professional. It’s very clean and well appointed. The rooms are great. I love it

The location

We booked this hotel because it advertised having a pool, but upon arrival, we were told the pool was not available. The staff claimed it would be fixed by Saturday, which turned out to be a complete lie. By Sunday, the pool was still unusable, and we were told they had “messaged us on the TV” to inform us that the pool would not be ready until Monday. This, too, was a lie.On top of the pool issue, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, often failing to smile or offer any basic courtesy. The internet was unreliable, making it impossible to work or stream comfortably. The breakfast buffet, for which they charge $25, was overpriced and not worth the money — you’re better off eating at a better restaurant outside the hotel.This hotel is far from the 4-star experience it claims to be and feels more like a 2-3 star establishment at best. Poor service, dishonesty, and subpar amenities make it a place to avoid. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The room was spacious and the view was awesome. Room is well conditioned and the fan is not as loud. The staff were quick to respond to our issues and very friendly. I will visit again because of the hotel location and the views!

I felt the showers were not as good. I think I have experienced better and this did not just cut it. I need the bathroom to be sealed to avoid spilling water all over the place. The WiFi was also not that good according to me. I was here for work and I needed faster WIFI and to be honest this was not it.
