Staff members are very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect

The tea kettle could use some thorough cleaning. I needed to use it for my tea but when I rinsed it, black stuff spewed through the nozzle. It was do much that I gave up.

The location was brilliant, within easy reach of the city centre, but very quiet with no traffic noise. Excellent WiFi. The flat was a spacious, well equipped and decorated with good taste, providing a relaxed, restful ambience. All staff were courteous, and very helpful. The apartment was spotless clean and the option to use a duvet or blanket was excellent. The absence of mosquitoes was a big plus! Thank you very much for an excellent service!

The pillows were a bit large and hard. Staff weren't too familiar with booking a taxi via Booking.com, so when the driver I had booked turned up to collect me he was initially denied access to the premises. Perhaps guests could be asked if they've made arrangements to be collected when checking in/out, and security staff informed.

I love the location as it’s in a quiet part of town. The size of the apartment was great.

Lots of bugs! Serious bug problems. I’m not sure what they were but a small roach type bug. I even found them in the microwave! Keep food items in fridge. Also a lot of water damage in the shower walls and ceiling.

Excellent. Would stay again and would recommend. A coffee shop and restaurant are located on the premises though they appear to be under different management so breakfast is not included.

A coffee maker or French Press would have been a nice addition. We brought coffee assuming that would be available but had to make do with the provided instant coffee. We had to ask for additional cutlery and mugs but the staff were very helpful in giving us what was needed.

A nice comfortable place. Next door (the properties are attached) is a lovely restaurant that offers dinner round the pool with live music. A lovely experience. Farida on the desk was great

There were no problems

The centrality of the location and proximity to shopping and entertainment places in Nairobi. The architecture of the rooms provides fresh air and good lighting to the apartments

Mosquitoes and other insects during the evening, and there is no air conditioner in the apartments, especially when the windows cannot be left open.

Clean, nice accommodations close to the center of Nairobi. All equipment functional.

The hotel is actually quite nice--offering good quality apartment with a kitchen and a common laundry room, making it a good place to stay for short or long term at a reasonable price. The staff are quite friendly and aim at accommodating requests--like for a fan or drying rack in my case or getting a taxi.

HOWEVER--I had two weekends booked. The first was fine--BUT the second: I arrived and found that they had fumigated ALL the vacant guest rooms. Despite trying 3 different rooms, the chemicals were still very much present in each. The rooms were simply uninhabitable. I wound up moving to a different hotel nearby (at 3x the price) instead of staying there. They did refund my payment--although it took a bit over a month to get the funds returned.

Internet did not work consistently

The restaurant services attached to this facility are pricey but tasteful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is uniquely located close to the CBD and gives a home away from home atmosphere.

The green environment creates a breeding ground for mosquitoes. However, the apartment is ready to assist with aerosol upon request from guests.

Ideal location if you don't like to be stuck in traffic running around town. So gorgeous restaurant and bar to relax in after hours.

The beds are definitely a problem! Not comfy at all. The restaurant is a little too pricy and can be annoyingly loud in the evenings.

Great Location.

The apartment on the 5th floor was quite hot and there was no fan or AC.

Really lovely apartment with plenty of space, atmospheric fittings and furniture, and well equipped for self catering. Felt very secure. Staff really lovely. Excellent location for accessing different areas of the city.

Beds a little hard, and no mosquito nets or fly screens. Found out at the end that we could have asked for mosquito nets - would do that next time.
