The location w a golf course, walking & cycling paths & forest. Great gym and pool. Restaurant options. Pianist was exceptional.

A touch rundown but making improvements daily.

While it is located close to the central Nairobi, thanks to the size of the property as a golf course, it was very quiet, green and comfortable.

Very clean,cool environment with amazing staff.A lot of activities for families.Great choice for hotels in Nairobi where one feels entwined with nature.Lively atmosphere and great food options.Breakfast was great.Enjoyed Christmas lunch ?

The place is safe, comfort and absolutely beautiful. Just operating the Tv was a mission and a half. It never played at all, not even once did I managed to use it. Except that, the place is wonderful

It has a charm - as a golfer it was convenient though the green fees are very expensive even with the hotel stay subsidy :) so only played once.

The breakfast was a bit hit and miss. The conference people took over the breakfast area and so certain items were running out.

The service provided by the staff was excellent. Steven and his staff were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. The size of the rooms were great. And the views per fabulous.

Lighting in the rooms could be better. And if the toilets could be updated would be fabulous .

Golf caddy asking for a tip which is not appropriate having paid over the odds, given him golf balls, tee pegs. Tips are given not asked for. That soured our visit to play golf at Windsor. Hotel is tired but is going through a maintenance programme. Water cold for shower!

Location good. Cottage lovely, but on First day only 2 outside chairs and 2 mugs( for 4 of us)Safe didn’t work and WiFi in cottage did not work. We called twice but no one cameThe heated pool was great

Breakfast good. Ambience good. Low sugar juices and healthy organic options available like sweet potatoes etc. They have free access to the gym and heated swimming pool from 6am to 9pm daily

Would love it if the breakfast cereals options could include granola and more protein vegetables and green vegetables

The breakfast was great. Rooms do not have air conditioning.

No elevator, no handicap facilities … breakfast downstairs, and with my spouse using a cane, it was terrible to see him suffer going up and down the stairs

Staff friendliness and the golf course

Poor facilities, broken wooden floors, uncomfortable beds, old and unclean bathroom sink, tiles and shower, old towels no longer white in colour

Slow room service

It is very beautifully located, ideal for people who like nature, and of course marvelous for golfers. One of the best golf courses in Kenya/East Africa, I might say. It s a bit old fashion, but that s a question of taste. the rooms and the logistics are fine.

The location is very nice, green. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although facility and furniture in the room are outdated, it brings charm and vibe of previous times in a good way. Room is clean. Bed is good.

They charged me extra tax and service fees although taxes and fees vere included onto Booking.com price. The mistake was admitted after my persistent explanations. Hopefully the money will be reversed to my account shortly.The other downside is lack of sockets in the room. It is due to old design of the rooms. An extra extension cord might help to improve the situation

Just the view of the gulf course and no noise around.

The rooms and its inside design. The breakfast was very small and they didn't let you take more if you wanted to from the buffet. The rooms were not good at all. old bathroom , bed, old freig.

this is an exceptionally attractive place to stay for work or vacation. The scenic landscape and the greenery is calming and healing.

The rooms could benefit from a change of mattresses. I wasn’t able to sleep as well as I would have liked and I heard the same from two other colleagues who was there for the same program.

we stayed for 2 nights in August (rather cold weather) and we had coöd water only in the bathroöms for both nightsat check out, management was not able to take a decision tonoffer a suitable compensation without the approval of the GM

the location, relaxing, peaceful area. great golf course!! the staff there are very hospitable. well managed.
