Clean, food and environment.

Not wheelchair friendly and the services very slow.

I like the location, kitchen and bar onsite.

Room was musky and for second stay not the best view. Felt like on 1st visit staff was very friendly and not as much the second time. Need fans in the room to get air circulated, windows couldn't be left open with monkeys onsite.

The property was mother of nature and I liked it.

The washroom. There was no window for the washroom and the water will move to exit. It is not safe at all

Good location. Monkeys are active. Decent prices for drinks.

Got placed in a room which had a few things broken to begin with. They moved me once I complained.Swimming pool was empty.

Rooms and bathrooms need upgrading. Overall, the place is quite noisy. A la carte dinner service is extremely slow.

They seemed to have lots of parties there everyday for the entire duration of my 5 nights at the hotel. Very noisy at night. WiFi stopped working overnight on two occasions.

Receptionist lack of feedback after requesting for service. Example we asked for toothbrush in the evening, and we had to remind them in the morning.

I loved the aesthetic of the room and the location. The bed was very comfy and the staff were all so friendly.

The door to my bathroom had a broken handle and it got me panicking every time I had to use it. I thought I could get stuck. The breakfast was also underwhelming and not very friendly for a child.

I've stayed here many times and I thought the price at $90 is high. I love the peacefulness of the location. However, the price was high given the quality of the room that I was placed in and as a returning customer. Otherwise, the staff and stay were very good.

The building itself has its own charm; & definitely the green surrounding adds a picturesce old style feeling to its ambient. It was very quiet; even tough it was literally in the city center. Liked this part especially as the city can be buzzing & loud!

For me personally it was the taste of the food; but this one is my personal opinion; even tough other people enjoyed it (including my family members); for me it was missing something; but as said only my opinion

I had watched it being advertised on TV and I can tell you what they show you on the TV is just a snippet of this amazing place. I enjoyed my stay there and it was very very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and large and incredibly hot showers.

No muslim shower in washroom, which would have been really convenient.

Very close to nature, responsive and friendly staff.

They dont have an elevator, but the staffs are always ready to help.
