Nothing at all. we had the worst experience

Rooms were filthy, pool very dirty, internet not efficient

The reception desk and most people were very great and friendly

The manager screamed at me and shoved her finger in my face

Great view and the breakfast which was included was really delicious and plentiful, nice area of Nairobi. The restaurant staff very good and the view from there incredible! THAT gets a top rating!! Are meal in evening and it was great Indian food.

Where do I start! THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION! At one point the manager made me feel I was going to be out on the street.He wanted me to pay a second time. I had to open computer, show bank statement that I had paid!VERY UPSETTING!!

Was not as expected based on photos. Entrance through busy plaza, with public access pool and gym above the room.

Room dirty, showers not up to standard, the Iron not showing highs & lows, no Ironing board to iron, expected to iron on bed, it is not what it looks on the Internet, very dirty not neat, even the pool it is dirty.

Breakfast was good. Room was OK...bathroom needs some maintenance (hole in wall near pipes). Access to the mall and food court was good. Foodstop grocery store on bottom floor was convenient.

I don't get the nonstop staring by the management. The staff was pleasant, but why the staring by the management at all the guests? No conversation...just staring like you're a suspect. All power (A/C, refrigerator, lights) shuts off once the room key is removed from its holder. Staff gave me a "dummy" key to put in place in the older while I was out of my room, but dummy key didn't work. Window on the 10th floor hallway was wide open, so you could hear absolutely everything going on outdoor, including the muezzin call 5X day. As I said, staff was nice but the management was the sit-and-stare at customers type. Take a picture, sir.

The booking system of your hotel should be accuracy - the online booking should reflect the correct numbers of nights an individual/persons will overnight I the hotel and that should be corresponding with the system on the ground. I had only 6 nights in your hotel and the online booking system reflects that; however your system made me to pay for 7 nights (with extra 1 night and I never overnight there) - this is a daytime robbery. Initially, you need to look at the flight time of your clients (that's arrival time in the City as well as the departing time from the City) as reflected on his/her flight ticket - based on that, it's where you calculate your booking rate per night.

Not at all good

Aircon did not work. Took 4 hours to move us. Wi Fi so poor it hardly worked. They had a wedding on the second night which was so loud we could not sleep. The wedding only ended at 4.30. They should have warned us as we had no sleep and had to leave at 5am. All spa facilities were unusable because of the amount of people there for the wedding. overall unpleasant experience.

The hotel is quite impressive, with a great gym and an outstanding breakfast. However, I was disappointed with the bed, as it did not meet my expectations.

Room was stinking. No proper care was taken even after reminder nor room was changed. Very bad service.

They gave us a free upgrade and the staff were friendly, gym was ok although it had glass windows so was very hot.

We were booted out of the concord hotel and put in cloud hotel, no discount offered even though it was considerably cheaper on bookings, I cancelled my Concord booking and made another booking, Concord even commented that they knew of my booking as it’s their sister hotel. Spoke to reception two days running to say we had no hot water in wash basin, told maintenance were looking into it, 3rd occasional friendly guy from reception came and turned hot water on under sink, unfortunately this meant we then had a leak, which was never fixed but at least we had hot water.Overall a very disappointing experience
