Airport pickup and access. Good food

The most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. Great friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to assist us. The room was absolutely fine with a balcony. The restaurant good was great and convenient as open 24/7. We didn’t get time to enjoy the lively pool but it looked great and my son enjoyed the gym. The shuttle driver collected us from SGR train station and took us to the airport which was hugely appreciated and very friendly and efficient.

Personnel was very helpful. I had left a jacket at another location and they arranged for it to be picked up and returned to me at a very good price.

I really liked the simplicity of this place. The price matches the quality, the staff were friendly, and the buffet was really good.

Location, staff, the airport shuttle - very comfortable bed & great value

The staff were amazing. The pool and cleanliness of the hotel are lovely, very clean and well maintained. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport was a great bonus. Left a message about the concerns and the hotel took the time to email me with an outline on how they will address them.

Only stayed for 1 night before catching a flight home. I was facing the front near the entrance and I was awoken by the shuttle doors closing and the key lock beeping. I finally found my earplugs which permitted me to sleep. If you are a sound sleeper it probably would not bother you.

Close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle. Since our flight left at midnight, they managed to replace our breakfast (for the following day) with dinner that day. Very helpful staff too!

The staff were amazing. The hotel is conveniently.loxated close to the airport.and they provided shuttle service free of charge. Plus a great breakfast! Would definitely recommend.

Great location for layover. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and food was delicious. Airport shuttle was a plus!

Bathroom had a sewer smell

Shuttle to airport very appreciated. Because of very early checkout, no breakfast possible, but got a good discount for dinner, instead.

The spare ribs, I had in the restaurant, were rather bad. Almost burnt, and very "spare".Mosquitos in the room. Fortunately, mosquito net installed.

Good value for money, nice clean place

Security too much, told me I had to fill a form to bring food from an outside hotel. No consideration for Muslim travellers who need Halal food. The pillows were old and they did not change when I asked them to be changed.

our first room was pretty rustic - no A/C. So we pressed to be moved.... eventually we were moved - but it was nearly midnight and we were worn out from long travels.

We booked this hotel because we got into Nairobi very late at night and wanted to spend the next day resting from jet lag. It was the perfect place to do so. We had the free shuttle waiting for us once we arrived, it was very seamless and convenient. The room itself was very comfortable. It had a hot shower, comfortable bed and sheets, kettle, you name it. I would definitely recommend to someone who is needing to stay nearby the airport. Breakfast was good too!

Breakfast was average. Service staff were attentive.

Rooms were outdated. Beds not very comfortable. No lifts so had to carry bags down.

We chose this property for its close proximity to the airport as well as for the free shuttle. We only stayed for 6 hours to repack and shower and it was well suited for this and it was good value for money. The two dishes we ordered from the restaurant, Spaghetti Bolognese and fillet, were very tasty and good value for money.

Towels were old and frayed, had to request hand towels, shower mat and coffee creamer because they were not present in the room. Shower basin was leaking, rug by bed was soiled.

I liked the shuttle service. It was very reliable. The breakfast buffet had many options to offer and was nice. The best part of the experience was the very helpful and friendly staff.

Some of the items in the room were not in a good condition. The curtains were not completely fixed and the windows could only be closed loosely, which made me a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect when you have a short layover in Nairobi as the hotel can organize pickup and drop-off and is very close to the airport. The staff is supra helpfu and nicel.

It is a little noisy, so don't forget earplugs if you want to sleep well.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast

Airport shuttle didn’t show up (though booked in advance). When we called they kept saying it will be there in 5 mins, but it took half an hour (if we knew, we would just take a taxi…).Hotel is not very close to the airport - it’s about 20 mins drive.
