Staff were friendly, particularly the security staff.

This hotel is so run down and outdated, the star rating does not reflect what was advertised. The lobby, the hallway and the room felt dark and drab.

The sun exposure of the swimming pool is great! The general layout of the hotel is great

The water was cold in the shower. The carpets in the room seem worn out. The staff at the front desk at check in were overwhelmed with little help. The balcony on the 11th floor was very very dangerous and there were children. With fireworks and activity, we left out of fear of one of the children falling off the 11th floor. They also did not reiterate the breakfast hours so we missed it all together. Maybe consider later hours considering the guests will sleep in after the new year arrives. 10am for New Years day with children is not practical. Consider 12 noon.

Breakfast was good, there is someone who cooks eggs to order too. An ok variety of other dishes are available also. The room is pretty good although dated. There are no USB ports, but the sockets are type G with compatability with US versions w/o the ground prong. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to supermarkets, barbarshop, ATMs, and food.

No tissue box in the room.At one point I heard what sounded like a mobile phone on vibrate mode, so I checked around the bed thinking someone could have left theirs in or around the bed, however there was no phone, but there were what appeared to be food packaging under the bed. I think the phone could have been from the next room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated that the entrance and driveway of the hotel were secured, which made us feel safe at all times. The reception was pleasant and professional, and the overall location of the hotel was convenient for getting around Nairobi.

The rooms were quite old, although they were clean. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The value for money was disappointing, as the overall quality did not justify the price in our eyes. In addition, the power went out frequently during our stay, and the hotel did not have a generator, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Poor WiFi Dated room service and overpriced

The breakfast was nice, did not particularly enjoy the filtered coffee. I had an early flight and appreciated the packed breakfast that was prepared for me.They gave us complimentary fruits and water in the room, which was niceOn arrival, we were offered orange juice while we waited to be checked in. It wasn't fresh, but it was refreshing after a long trip.The laundry service was fast.

The room had rugs, and this triggered my dust allergies. The toilet also had a long period of water refilling, which was a bit irritating

Staff were very helpful. Restaurant has vegetarian options and can eat sitting outdoors for those worried about eating indoors because of COVID. For those worried about COVID, window can open a bit in the room

All hotel staff were extraordinary the way how I was treated. It’s awesome. They do take care of the small details. They try their level best to make you stay a memorable one I would like to thank all of them and special thanks for Mars the receptionist and Ben, the food and beverage manager.

WIFI would be nice if they improve it. It was ok but not stable.

Unstable Wi-Fi connection

The location was very good, we were picked up from the hotel for all the tours. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Coffee was not the best. We were charged extra for professional coffee.Swimming pool was extremely cold, no one was able to swim. The first room we were given, the air conditioner was not working, it was very warm, the bathroom door was not shutting properly. The toilet wasn't flushing so we had to change the room after 2 nights.

I was given a room where the air-conditioning was not working. I couldnt sleep and was being moved to another room at 4am. The room that I was moved to, was much smaller, didnt have a window, the overhead shower wasnt working and the handle of the door to the bathroom was broken. I raised the issue with the supervisor and manager however, until today nothing has been addressed

Good location, very nice and helpful staff (in particular I found the manager at the outdoor space of the restaurant very professional and helpful). Very spacious room. Decent value for money. Good food and a spacious outdoor area.

My room had a door connecting it to another room (which was locked of course) which made that there was basically no soundproofing. Every morning at 6Am I woke up because of an audiobook that was played at low volume on her phone. Nothing crazy, but you literally hear everything in that setup. Also, for part of my stay the wifi at my room didn't work (but it did downstairs).

Great location, great room, great view, great staff, the dinner and breakfast buffet was nice.

The bed was super hard I found it difficult to sleep in it.

Their security is a top notch and I felt safe during my stay. Their rooms were well cleaned and maintained. WIFI was working throughout my stay.

They charged me extra when I received a visitor in my room who spent just an hour and checking out was supposed to be 2pm but they insisted I move out else they gonna charge me extra. Their food wasn't nice. Thank you
