Amazing hotel. I travel alot. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. It actually has its own mall connected to it.

I didn't appreciate reception staff not checking their records about extended stay and called apartment to ask me to pay for the extended stay when clearly information was on record for payment made. Found it rude.

The room could be vacuum cleaned better, first sweep then mop. Too many hairs in wash rooms and toilets.

The room was far more spacious than the pics showed; I loved it. The bed was comfortable, from what I remembered, as other hotels use two mattresses to give the appearance of one large mattress. Close to the mall.

A bit noisy from the nearby very active street. Many TV channels to view, but I didn't like that there was no CNN to watch to keep up with current events.

Yaya Hotel & Apartments are my go-to accommodations while in Nairobi. The location is very convenient; close to restaurants, shopping, banks, supermarkets, etcc. Literally everything needed is nearby and most you can walk to. The apartments are well appointed, stylishly decorated, meticulously clean and have all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The staff are warm, friendly and always helpful in providing assistance. I've stayed at Movenpick and a few other higher end hotels but always return to Yaya.

Extremely spacious, really kind and helpful staff.

*Wish certain things could remain in kitchen/house for guests to use (just the essentials): olive oil, salt, etc., detergent, and there was no coffee maker. (I bought two large cups from Java the night before and heated them on stove top in the morning.)

Good value place for a short layover, rooms are large and comfortable, staff is friendly

Not really suitable for longer stay - pool was out of service, construction right outside the building is loud, bathrooms are old and not very nice

I suggested that you should keep tissue boxes in living room and bedrooms. Apart from that all was excellent.

One of those gems - comfortable bed, plenty of space, nice couch and table space. Barely anything to complain about, even if we were looking to complain. Location was great - near lots of great things, and having the mall connected to the building. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

very little. Out of the property's control, but the street noise could be pretty bad at times - there seemed to be buses that would honk regularly to get passengers attention in the middle of the night. It mostly didn't bother me but would wake my girlfriend through the night.

The location suited my personal needs, not necessarily convenient for most travellers. Rooms are very large with a kitchen and separate bedroom and living room.

A room safe is provided, but ridiculously it is not securely attached or bolted to the wall and can be removed from its position. (See photo)Transport to and from the airport is expensive, one is not informed of the fee, when requesting this service. (50 US dollars each way)

Everything yaya had to offer was perfect... location.. mall attached.. service... everything was amazing

The fact that I've returned to London but my son keeps going on about how much he misses Yaya

The care that every staff took to know my name. It was all very personal. They went out of their way to cater to our needs

The lounge does not have an ac unit

This was my second time in Yaya, i and felt safe and welcome. The hospitality of the staffs is first class. i felt safe as visitors ID were checked and recorded, even when an unexpected guest tries to come in, the hotels calls first to verify, which is great.All the staffs knew me and my team by name against our room number which feels like they knew us personally.

We couldn't not use the Pool has it was under maintenance. we were infirmed by email 3 weeks to our arrival and we were hoping for compensations for this but we didn't get.

I love the amenities including the laundry. The security staff are so helpful. The hotel is in a great location right next to a mall. Great swimming pool

If you have little time in the morning, don't have breakfast there. Takes forever to serve. Otherwise everything is perfect. Super clean. SPACY apto.

The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. As always the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was very practical. I love what the new restaurant area looks like!
