Proximity to airport for our late arrival.The revision of a 24 hour bar and restaurant.

My reservation included a mini bar but there was not one in our room.

Very nice upscale hotel

The Burger, drinks, staff, decorations...

Cost to switch rooms was $100.

Easy access and good location

The hot water in the shower is not hot

They have done some updates to modernize the hotel (e.g. removing carpets in rooms, modern paint colors) but they have kept the "old" charm with real wood and classic decor. On one side of the hotel you have a view of Nairobi national park. The breakfast is good and substantial.

Workout area with steam and sauna

Over priced for food and drink. With very slow service the breakfast was mediocre

We booked this hotel to stay at after eight days on a safari. We were all looking so forward to a shower. There were no bath towels in our room and we had to call and ask the front desk four times before we eventually ran into someone in the hall who is able to help us. That was 3 1/2 hours later.

Facing the park with.modern feeling

The corridor light in the room was off for two days and the sink was partially blocked. The safety box was malfunctioning and required to use master code to open it

Dinner at Big Five restaurant was excellent but a bit pricey. The room itself was comfortable.

The bathroom door did not close fully.

Location staff and price

Lots of mosquitoes in room . Think a can of mosquito spray would be useful or those plug ins

We were greeted very warmly by the staff (and with a glass of fresh mango juice!) Our stay was so much fun, and would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Nairobi

Great location. Nicely arranged and decorated.

There was evidence of smoking in the non-smoking area.I didn't see any wildlife in the park area across the street. I believe the animals won't come out due to the proximity of the highway and airport.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The spa was great.

A little close to the road so was a bit noisy. The restaurant was a bit overpriced.

Ole Sereni is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The facilities are excellent, making even a longer stay pleasant and varied—for example, the gym, pool, hair studio, and multiple bars and restaurants. Additionally, the connection to the airport via the Expressway is very convenient.

Since we were out all day on most days, we opted for a room without breakfast. However, we were quite surprised to learn that breakfast costs $30 per person, with no à la carte option available. This is not ideal, especially for business travelers—after all, you don’t necessarily want to have a multi-course brunch every single day.Another inconvenience was that, even after five days, the staff kept asking whether we actually had credits on our room, meaning whether we were allowed to charge food and drinks to our room. It was a bit frustrating to have to clarify this with the staff every time we ordered a drink.

Clean, good food and great staff

The room was hot and the air conditioning didn't work well. Not the best location for a place marketing itself as an airport hotel.

The location was great. Infront of rye national park and very close to the airport. We asked for a room with views to the park and it was fantastic! The room was big, clean and with all facilities.

The restaurant is good but rather expensive

the service and the rooms are always good level but now OLE is sourrounded by noise road. Impossible to stay outside for a drink

I went many times in OLE SERENI before with beautiful view on the NATIONAL PARK. Now you have orrible view on the HIGHWAY and the express way in the other side of the hotel.noise all the night and the nights spent drinking with only the sound of savanna now is LOST...is not anymore a quiet place
