Looked lovely, the second room I was moved into was very nice and homely. The staff were all amazing, took my complaints seriously, and immediately rectified all of them. Very safe location, nothing to worry about. There’s a mall nearby for all your grocery and shopping needs. Amazing free massage!!

The first room I was placed in had mold. I was moved quickly though. The next room, the wifi was pretty spotty, but that was fixed quickly too.

Daily breakfast was included and the restaurant was delicious overall. Had one of the best massages of my life onsite. Comfy rooms with balconies and easy access to various parts of the city.

The location

The bathroom was leaking, they only offer water once and they treat people from booking.com as if we are second class guest because we dic not book through them and booking.com is kind of overcharging them. In short less friendly

Staff showing great hospitality. Nice facility. My stay included free massage which is nice. You can use the sauna and swimming pool. Decent breakfast. Front desk supplied blankets when it got cold at night

The first night they assigned me to W3 which smelled rather moldy that I couldn't fall asleep. But after I told the front desk about it, they changed me to a room of a different alignment and it's much much better.

Great hotel with apartment style accommodation. Fully equipped Kitchenette and comfortable rooms. Pool, sauna and hot tub and a complimentary massage. What’s not to like?!

Swimlessons in the pool can be noisy

It was conveniently located in Kilimani.

The apartment ended up looking different from how the pictures presented it. It was very musty, no hot water, and was very cold. It wasn’t very comfortable.

Nothing. The amount is slightly different from what booking.com showed me and I think it is a technical issue.

The rooms are nice and I liked the rustic vibe. The restaurant was really good, and it was in general a lovely place to stay. Great location too!

Nice pool, perfect temperature as it is heated. Restaurant is nice and affordable. Very good location. Amazing complementary 15 mins massage. Property allows for early check-in, which is very convenient in case of night flights. Very nice and responsive staff. Overall, good price/value balance.

Room was a bit old. It can get very cold at night in the room. Pool can get loud and crowded with kids in the afternoon due to swimming lessons taking place there.

Unable to check in

No instructions on check in, no prompt response to communication. Wasted money on taxies.

I spent a night here; the place was clean and cozy. The receptionists were super helpful. It came with free breakfast, 30 minutes in the sauna, and access to the swimming pool.It is not that far from the airport or city center. It was comfortable to move around to where I was planning to go.

The bathroom needed some renovation.

Once again my stay is awesome i feel so comfortable and very safe to be here.. i highly appreciate being here.. Francis your service was perfect you understand what a customer needs..to woodmere you will forever be my second home. Alice you were so welcoming thank you for making me feel at home

Everything was upto my standard 100%

Location is safe, the hotel is immersed in a lot of green and the atmosphere is pleasant. The standard apartment is stylish and spacious, bed is comfortable. The shower was hot although it took a while. Best part for me was the restaurant, I only had avocado toast fruit and coffee but it was good and the vibe very nice. Swimming pool area looks nice but I didn’t use it.

Staff not too keen. The 15 minute massage never happened (the person in charge never showed up. Supposedly they are there 11 am to 7 pm but..). The sauna is ok but could do with some essence for the smell. There is no mosquito net on the bed.

I would like them to atleast change on the reception services

Reception service was terrible..it took so long for us to be checked inn only one staff is attending to everyone.

I loved everything about this place so beautiful ill definately come back again and again..

Impove with the restaurant services expecially during breakfast the stuff are not welcoming not friendly at all, otherwise everything is beautiful so clean and its warm

It was mentioned an included breakfast ( and I also have a genius breakfast) but we got a half breakfast ..

The staff was really nice, Emily is really sweet.

The photos didn't really match the rooms and it was not that clean. I found it a little bit expensive for what it was frankly. You hear some cats crying which it was a pity... I wish they had some shelter...

Heated pool, the wooden look, and the location were very good.

False advertisement, the late check out is really just standard if you ask any other hotel chain. The wifi can lag depending where you are in the hotel

We've spent at Woodmere our first night in Kenya, before heading to Amboseli. It was a decent hotel in a safe area of the city and the staff was nice and helpful. We've particularly enjoyed the nice atmosphere of their restaurant and had no time to visit the pool.
