Hillpark Hotel

The location was convinient and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities may need to be updated. Like the lift.

Nice stay after tent camping through 5 countries for a month! Staff was kind. Nice pool. Breakfast included and it was very good!

Location doesn’t feel safe to walk anywhere. So we didn’t go outside the gates.

Nice grounds! Love that it included breakfast and I could enjoy it outside by the pool. It also had a spa and gym which was great! Staff was lovely and helpful.

The plumbing in both rooms we occupied during our two-and-a-half month stay needed repairs, which took a long time to complete. Stock levels at the bar were very erratic. Food menu is adequate but un-inspiring.

We've stayed one night only. Its nice place, 24/7 working restaurnt, pleasant staff.

Bathroom. Shower did not work properly. There were bath, all stylish, but not comfort. No conditioning.

No fan and no a/c. It was suffocating. Staff were very casual on asking this. They said fan is short of supply. Such a waste of money.My 49 USD gone to dust.

They should have access to restaurant from inside, we have to go out from reception to go to the restaurant. Also room service from restaurant should be free, they charge $2 for this. Also charged separately for ice. Rest all good.

Clean and very friendly stade

The hotel needs some update. There was no ac or phan available.

I paid for six nights I only got breakfast once, because I was rushing to get to retreat at Radison blue. I was having breakfast there.

The delay is getting the hot water. Some of us in our culture we use cup or handup to pump water and wash our waist after using the toilet but that was missing. No means of water to clean my waist after using the toilet.

The waitresses were very friendly; the gym was very nice.

The refrigerator didn't work well; no air conditioner

Never stayed at the property nobody turned up to give us the keys. We were stranded for hours . Poor management this property should not be in booking. Com

Shower, hard to find a good temperature. either boiling hot or cold.No way to close the bath tub.

Hillpark Hotel had exceptional staff and management, very friendly and helpful! Everyone stood out. The rooms were a good size and clean, the hotel felt very secure and there were also a range of facilities available (great swimming pool). I felt it was good value for money!

We stayed two separate nights. Unfortunately the second night there was no hot water in the shower at all (we even waited quite long). We only showered quite late so felt it was too much effort to call reception, but told them in the morning and they said they’d look into it. Also, breakfast selection is not very good.

I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great.My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

Safe parking

No hot water.Lift does not work, and our room was on the 5 floor. Property is extremely dated. One plug scoket. One very old towel.

No warm water in the shower and in the sink, only in the bathtub.

The food was nice especially the breakfast. However, the hot drink especially the coffee is against my experience, When you order the same type of food for consecutive days, its quality is reducing from time to time.
