Too small room, Specially Bathroom
Location was pretty good. The room was adequate size. The bathroom was way too small. I had five lights the entire time I was there. They didn’t fix them once. And they charged every time I had a lady friend over. It was a terrible overall

The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the services were top-notch.
The only downside was the limited breakfast options.
The suit was clean. No bad smells.
The water from bathroom comes into the room as there are no shower curtain. There are mosquitoes. Most of the lights in the room doesn't work and I had to bear with yellow dimmed light.
The staff were very friendly especially Claire, Faith and a certain gentleman at the reception.
The staff is the best I’ve ever seen. So keen to help you and to make your stay comfortable. They are polite, they are helpful and they went above and beyond their duty. I checked in early and the room was ready. The staff gave me food which was delicious even when it was not part of my package. I had to check out early due to personal reasons and they refunded half of my room fee without any question.
The location. It’s in a not so great area of the city. It might not be safe if you are a foreigner
i travelled for a business trip to Nairobi, Kenya and throughout the stay i enjoyed coming to the hotel most. The hotel was kind enough to facilitate for transport in the city as well as outside, everything was exceptional. Ill be back.
The confort and the tranquility
In my room 707 there was no hot water in the shower, apart from that everything was ok
The staff was very responsive, I got to the hotel very late in the night and they were more than pleased to help me with my luggage in the dead of night. The wifi was very fast as well since i was on my laptop most of the time for work. The place is exceptional.
Disaster
The property was filthy, mosquitoes infested, no central air, busy areas impossible to sleep
Room was spacious and food was good
There was No Hot water in the bathroom....
The reception was exceptional, i enjoyed the food the rooms were clean and the ambience of the place was ideal for relaxing. The reception help book a safari for me which was amazing for my last day in Kenya.Highly recommend. Good job.
From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities and price rates are friendly. I will recommend it to others for sure! This for sure has become my second home every time I visit Nairobi for my business trip.. Thank you so much for your great service and may God bless you..
Very nice and comfortable rooms, good ambience, and friendly staff. The experience was worth it, wouldn't hesitate to make another booking and recommend others.
The light in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to shower in the dark after telling the front desk about it they said the would get it looked at we waited but nothing happened so had to shower in the dark before going to bed
Got to the location at midnight, staff were warm and welcoming. Location is close to CBD. Though abit crowded by the street, we felt safe. Beds were comfy.
The lift was not working and had to carry luggage to 6th floor. Booking was inclusive of breakfast but upon arrival we were told that wasn't the case. Area is by a night club and struggled to sleep from the loud noise. Room lacked ventilation and after showers it was so stuffy. Lights were flickering. Electric kettle available but we had to request for tea bags and sugar- which we didn't end up getting anyways, despite the staff mentioning that they always provide.
