The location so close to the UN compound

The shower cubicle in my did not drain well and the phone extension was said to have been not functioning for years.

Receptionist was very good customer relations and was willing to help all the way to make me comfortable And food was not too bad at all.Staff were really friendly

There was no daily replenish of tea making itemsNo bar soap given daily

Breakfast selection is not so good. Very limited food selection. It should consider ibternational taste

The people were very nice. This hotel is 2 doors down from the American Embassy. If you have business to atend to there, I recommend this hotel for its location, value, and professionalism.

Safe place...confort rooms...saving box locked... Kitchen is v poor ..

Staff they are not honest

It was good,but I didn't like washroom floor looks a bit stained ?,apart from that everyone I met from reception and room attendant were really helpful and cooperative,nice people, very friendly.

Good breakfast options. Relatively quick service. Accommodating to special requests. Quick responses via email. Easy access to embassies. Safe environment. Helpful with finding taxis/transport.

Room service and cleanings could have been more consistent, as in remembering to add waters and toilet paper in the room daily. Bathroom sink was a bit clogged. Kitchen sink had only a dribble of water.

Very close to the American Embassy, and a very safe neighborhood, I made it on time just a few minutes walk

Breakfast was very good. the location was great because it was just five minutes away from the UN office where I had my meetings. Moreover, there are shops and good restaurants around with good food. The place is quiet, with good staff ready to assist people.

The bed was small and I was not informed before that the bed was small so I had to manage it. Even though small and low, I slept on it without any difficulty. I recommend that booking inform us of the sizes of bed etc.

Hi am jane,breakfast was good i had no problem,the location was perfect it suited where i had an appointment but the BED IT WAS A NIGHT MARE.The bed was made of spring i was not comfortable at all and it was very low .The bathroom machine was not working i took shower with cold water .

Just the bed and bath room.The rest was oky .i would suggest please cheng the bed i was seriously not comfortable at all.The sorrounding was oky and the staff were very helpful .The staff of Gigiri hotel are very respectiful and very kind.i will come back again
