Okash City Boutique Hotel-Nairobi

The room was clean, cute, and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and professional, and the water pressure was great.

The neighborhood seems sketchy. I did not feel unsafe as the hotel has security and deadbolts on the room doors.

Breakfast was above expectation. Staff was very helpful in getting questions answered.

My only disappointment was not enough, hangers for clothes and hooks/bars in the bathroom for towels: hand and bath

Very good quality hotel close to both airports. Very friendly and amenable staff. Large modern rooms

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has a restaurant on the ground floor, a cozy café in the lobby, and an excellent rooftop café with great views. Everything was very clean, and the entire hotel had a pleasant, fresh scent. The rooms are spacious, and the double bed is very large and comfortable. The spa area is exceptionally clean and includes a hammam and a dry sauna, which we really enjoyed. My husband also used the gym and was very satisfied with it.There is a swimming pool on the rooftop as well. Unfortunately, the water was quite cool due to the weather, but the area itself is very nice. The staff were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous, with a wide selection of food and fresh fruits. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience — we would happily return.

The overall experience hotel was clean. I was amazing and properly we had the breakfast package. The food was delicious.

We had no issues. Everything was amazing.

I loved everything, new rooms, very good breakfast and food in the restaurant, possibility to leave luggage in the storage for several days, if needed. Totally recommend it!

The staff were extremely friendly and the beds were very comfortable - this is the backbone of any great stay. I have also never experienced the power of a shower quite like that of the Okash, fantastic! The rooftop bar is also a lovely place to just chill. My friend and I actually booked another night here as we enjoyed it so much.

Super friendly staff and extremely helpful. Convenient location next to the airport. Reception open 24/7. Early breakfast to take away wth me before my very early flight. Airport pick up and drop off service. Very reliable service. Very safe. I booked a second time during my second short stay in Nairobi:)

The room size and the hospitality from staff. The food especially dinner, the cook knows his ways.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel as the location, food and rooms are excellent. I could not have asked for more. Mr. Osman was of great assistance too.

The staff was excellent. Lynne in the dining room was kind, thorough, polite, and recommended excellent menu advice. I felt heard and respected. There is no alcohol on this site, and I like a glass of wine with dinner, but it was all ok. The food was excellent. I used the laundry service and room service. Wonderful.

I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only to those who truly want a good experience.

The staff was polite. The food was marvelous and the view was beautiful. I'm planning on another good experience at this place. Not to mention, it's a good location

The room was so clean. The breakfast was good and had enough variety.

“The location was not good, and to reach downtown you needed a taxi. The windows did not block the noise from outside. The hotel did not accept MobilePay, unlike most places in Nairobi, so I had to use a physical card or cash.I

Very comfortable and spacious room. Nice staff and very mice breakfast buffet.

Modern and clean

Aircon was faulty this visit but worked at our last visit 2 weeks before

Very good value for money, friendly staff and clean. Would definitely recommend it

Parking wasn't favourable but not a big problem

The hotel was nice and clean, very good size room. The staff was very nice. Food was good. Close to the airport, uber is 6 usd or so.The neighbourhood looks different from what I may have imagined but all uber drivers told us it was safe.

Rooms were big and clean. Staff was fantastic!

The location wasn’t the best, but it was close to the airport.

Very nice modern look with excellent food.

I had booked 3 rooms as one family, unfortunately all 3 rooms were on different floors. This made the stay very difficult as I had both my mum who is a wheelchair user and my daughter who is an also wheelchair to attend to from different rooms.

New, modern hotel with nice facilities. The room, design, and decor were all modern, clean and new. We appreciated having a full gym to use and enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Breakfast was great with nice service all around. We stayed at a different hotel for a night and liked Okash a lot more.

There were a bunch of guys hanging out outside the hotel on the street and near the hotel entrance in the evening, which would make me feel a bit uncomfortable if my wife were on her own. But that said, the hotel does seem to keep staff/security outside all the time, so it seems security is under control.
