Gigiri Lion Villas II

I booked the hotel via booking. Com, The amenities were good, I was just not happy that I paid for airport pick up on my ticket, and again I got charged for the same $100 when I arrived. And this is after I communicated with staff and asked them to clarify if I had airport pick up and they said yes. Otherwise, the hotel itself is fine and comfortable.

Staff are very nice, especially the person at the front desk. The hotel is located very close to the United Nations compound and offers free of charge transportation within 5 km distance, which is convenient to go to the nearest shopping mall, Village Market.

I love the room this time, the lighting was perfect,slept well, delicious breakfast and service by Chelsea

Location and staff

No proper ventilation, there was no window to get fresh air.

Well located, friendly staff. Provides pick ups and drops from and to the airport, (in a really nice cars).

Comfortable and clean, ideal location for visiting the UN, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing location (for work in the UN compound), very nice facilities, good food and the great Kenyan hospitality you can expect!

They have exceptional staff like Jeremiah, Josephine, Ibrahim and Omar.

The staff was EXCELLENT!

There were ongoing problems with the internet, and the garden the garden/ pool area was covered with fake grass....horrible. The facility needs a make over.

I loved the proximity of the villas to my meetings, I love how attentive the staff is from pick up to drop off. Helpful and am coming back with my kids.

The staff are really kind and are always happy to help, they provide a service to transport. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast have different options. The welcoming was really nice. And when leaving they let me leave my bags on the hotel and coke after to pick them

All of the staff, receptionists, drivers and cleaners, are all so kind and accommodating. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. They also serve an excellent breakfast every morning.
