Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection By Hilton

Quiet, clean and excellent service.

Poor internet connection

Money stolen in room, management is ghosting my e-mails on the topic.

Money stolen in my room. Management indicated they would investigate the matter. They reached out after I left to offer to re-credit the stolen amount on my card. No money received to date, and all my emails are left unanswered. Do not recommend.

Loved everything about Kwetu. The aesthetics, treatment, staff, accommodation and food. We celebrated my father’s 90th birthday and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I highly recommend, and will definitely be returning

We stayed in only for a night and early morning - as part of my son’s birthday celebrations. We enjoyed our accommodation and breakfast - both the facilities and the meals. The staff were helpful and we definitely would like to visit again and enjoy ad fuller stay.

I didn’t stay long enough to dislike anything as such

The property is absolutely beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the staff were consistently attentive throughout our stay. The gym is well-equipped—having everything you’d expect and more—and while I didn’t get a chance to swim, the pool area looked lovely. For a special evening, the rooftop terrace bar is a must. A huge thank you to Trevor and the team for their hospitality, and to Brian for the exceptional service for in-room dining experience!

While the rooms are cleaned thoroughly, I did notice some inconsistencies in room service during my stay. On different days, the bed was made without a top sheet, the body wash wasn’t refilled when empty, and only one floor towel was provided instead of two. While these are minor issues, addressing them would truly elevate the stay to a seamless 5-star experience.

We got an upgradeSome of the staff were problem solvers

We had to wait for 1 hour to get a room even though we informed in advance about our arrival time. The food at Meko was disappointing specially the lamb.

The Team was Gracious enough to upgrade our Room Package. Food Was Exceptional throughout the Day; both in the Restaurant & in-Room Dining Experience.

The Check In Process could have been alittle more Seamless; especially with Rebooking an Extra night. But It was resolved fast.

I had an incredible stay at Kwetu Nairobi. The hotel, the food, and the whole vibe were simply amazing. Everything felt effortless and perfectly taken care of. One of the highlights was definitely the Mediterranean food — fresh, flavorful, and truly some of the best i've ever had.A special thank you to Grace, Janet, Bill, Frida, Patrick, Jasinta, Colins, Elizabeth, John, Naftaly, Florence and Charles— You all made my stay unforgettable. Your warmth, professionalism, and kindness turned a great experience into an exceptional one. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was at the highest possible level, every detail, every service. Excellent breakfast. Always smiling staff who are always there when you need them. The complex of the hotel with all its passages and elevators. Beautiful rooms surrounded by greenery that provide you with a wonderful dream.Until now, I have never had a problem writing a few words about my hotel stays, but this time it is really difficult for me to find the words to describe the excellence that this hotel provides together with the staff.

The property and amenities

No staff leadership to alleviate getting lost on first night in property. No greeting at scheduled arrival. No staff available for support after 3pm

Very nice and various breakfasts from the menu. Very friendly people at restaurant. Rooms with good planing and nice bathroom. Gym is absolutely amazing with super machines - it's pleasure to workout there.

Logistic inside a little bit complicated. No balcony at room.

A safe haven in the lush part of Nairobi. Quiet, comfortable, and cool. There was no real need to leave the place. A great gym, pool and two restaurants serving delicious food. Great decor, in particular in the downstairs bar from Upepo restaurant. Absolutely fabulous!

Nothing, but would have loved to visit the spa (under construction).

Beautiful property amidst greenery, with an amazing pool area and gorgeous restaurants with interesting food choices. The gym is first-class, with the latest hitech equipment, including specialised gear like TRX. some of the best hotel staff I have ever met, in all departments from housekeeping to the concierges.

The room service menu was disappointing, with limited choices considering all the restaurant options in the hotel.

The staff to start with ,they exceed every expectation we had.The property is beautifully curated and the the room we booked was deluxe was very clean and bathrooms specious with a bathtub. The entire stay was exceptional

Overall, lovely location, rooms are lovely and staff were amazing.

The cost is a little expensive for Nairobi

This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

It is expensive to stay at this hotel but it’s worth it!

great stay, beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Great staff. good food. I enjoyed the swimming pool.

Great breakfast, clean and family adult friendly hotel

AC in rooms not as powerful

Staying at Kwetu was an absolute treat! From the first day to the very last day there, the staff were attentive, hospitable and professional. Kwetu is a stunning place but even better was the food, safety and ambience! It was our first time in Nairobi and I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom of our room, which in defence of the hotel, we didn't complain about cause we were happy with our room choice. It took lighting a candle everyday to kill the smell but the facilities worked fine and there were no major issues.

Excelent ambience and cleanliness of the entire facility. Staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was good from the check-in process, dining and evening at Upepo bar

Increase starch variety in main restaurant eg Mash Potatoes etc
