Great price for quality. Room was clean, and check-in was a breeze.

Needs some basic maintenance. Towell rack was hanging off the wall, there were broken dishes in the drawers,

Friendly staff, good amenities, elevator was fast. Rom was in good condition and clean. I felt safe.

Not too many options for breakfast. There's no juice available. It's not exactly easy for taxi or Uber drivers to find the location nor walkable to other amenities. WiFi seems to intercept some websites so you can't view certain (legitimate) websites.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Ivory Hotel Nairobi. From the moment I checked in, the service stood out. Peter at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful—he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. His professionalism and friendly attitude really set the tone for my visit.

I liked the, Hotel breakfast, it was great. The rooms were big but could use a decor update.

The sitting area, working desk setup. The room sofa seat was not clean at all, had some stains..

Service was topnotch. Peter at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Gave complimentary room upgrade and late check out. Facilities were great especially for the price. Especially appreciated the accessible power outlets that do away with the need for an adapter, and the fairly large smart TV. Room service from their restaurant is also quick and delicious. Would probably stay here again next time I'm back in Nairobi

Cleanliness on the first day especially wasn't the best but the daily room cleaning is appreciated. Bed linens need to be replaced as some were too worn out

Staff were great and responsive to all of our needs. The location is very good just a few minutes walking distance to Westgate mall.

There are no outdoor spaces to sit and relax or we may not aware of that.

Overall , I’m happy with my experience in the establishment, especially consider it was for a very good price . Recommened

The comlimentary water is in glass bottles , so if you want to bring along on a tour , it will be a bit heavy

They serve the best ginger tea, perfectly brewed with just the right balance of spice and warmth. Their breakfast menu offers a wide variety of choices, ranging from freshly baked pastries and an assortment of cakes to hearty options like toast, eggs, and seasonal fruit platters. The combination of aromatic tea and diverse breakfast selections makes it an ideal spot for a relaxed morning meal or a casual catch-up.

I thought the price was a good value especially that it included breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous!

It's hard to put it into words, but the place felt very cold. No personal touches and nothing special to want me to come back.

Breakfast - I think that this is an area of improvement

The Ivory Hotel is quickly becoming my second choice for business stays in Nairobi. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and ideal for both work and relaxation. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city’s business centers. The staff are attentive and professional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

While the hotel offers excellent service, the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit more reliable, especially for important work calls. A stronger connection would enhance the experience for business travelers.

The hotel's airport shuttle driver made inappropriate comments (verbal advances) to me (I was a solo female traveller). I have since complained about this to the hotel and they have not responded to my emails.

The hotel has potential, good sized rooms but customer service and cleanliness needs to be improved.

The bed sheets and pillows on both beds were stained. There was also hair on the pillows.Had a family member who came to visit me told to leave, otherwise we would be charged for another person.

Location; rate; WiFi; luggage storage while I was away; restaurant service even after I had checked out.

Bathroom did not drain well.

I recently stayed at Ivory Hotel Nairobi on a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. Musa’s friendly and attentive service truly stood out, especially when they arranged Suhr during my fasting period. The hotel is immaculate and spacious, with a prime location that ensured I made my business meetings in good time. I highly recommend this property for business travelers.

While the overall experience was excellent, I noticed that the finishing - particularly the alignment of the sockets and fixtures - didn’t quite meet the top-notch standard I’m accustomed to. This isn’t a negative point, just a personal observation.

The shower leaked everywhere, room was large but poorly designed, ac made loud noises, noise that appears to be construction on the floors above.
