Glee Nairobi

The hotel is new, absolutely beautiful and well designed!

It is an amazing fancy hotel- the best thing about this hotel are there most courteous and helpful staff- everyone! I recommend this hotel if you visit Kenya.

Location is 30-40 mins drive from the Airport- but it is good it is out of the main city and the hotel has many restaurants, gym, spa, children play area.

Glee Is the Best Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya ??,All Amenities provided, Good Customer Service !

Everything was great ?!

The staff is very friendly andi welcoming

The cost of meals was too high. One of the front desk staff was a bit rude; maybe she was new . She assumed we were from Kenya snd her tone of voice was not welcoming

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

I only got to use one of the two nights I booked because of my flight, and when I joked about getting a late checkout, the front desk was surprisingly blunt. It took away from what could have been a exceptional pleasant experience.”

I liked the privacy. I liked the food. I liked the pool and the gym

the bed was not that comfortable. the pool edges are too smooth - Accident can occur.

Nice place.

Gym is lacking in equipment. Better than some hotel gyms, but overall a very deficient gym. Restaurant has prices in Kenya Shillings but then the hotel charged my card in US dollars although I live in Kenya and the hotel gives you $1.00 to 100Ksh as opposed to the exchange rate. SO FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH CREDIT CARDS, BEWARE!This is a degree of dishonesty that will cause me not to use the property again, although I am base in Nairobi. If I am forced to go to GLEE again say for business reason, I will use MPESA.

Very clean staff professional very knowledgeable and friendly

It’s not all inclusive

Really good staff throughout the hotel, excellent bar on the roof and the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever eaten in - a special mention for the sheer kebab!

Location is not yet ideal as you have to do a u turn if coming from the airport

Everything was excellent the place very secure and clean and nice Super massage

We loved it, from the spa, to the food, staff was highly friendly.

staff was excellent at checking in. Had a problem with the time to check in but they were courteous and resolved the issue. even upgraded the room. when returning to Nairobi I will definitely be staying at Glee. From the restaurants and club everything there was amazing.

did not have enough time to experience everything the hotel had to offer. I will make sure to stay longer to experience the whole resort.

Flashy, glam looking foyer, rooms had a good size, bed was comfortable. The reception staff are excellent ..they gave us a lovely room with a bigger balcony. The butler service staff are very friendly and absolutely a pleasure to be around.

The pool area is very slippery, they have not used the correct rough tiles for pool areas. Sadly, someone fell while we watched from our room! The steak house orders took over 50 mins to get to our table yet the restaurant was less than half full... apparently take-out orders were the priority. The aged steak was also tough.

The facility itself was very nice I loved the rooms and the environment. Very modern. The staff were very friendly. The receptionists in particular.

Nothing!!

The staff was so accommodating and friendly and professional.

The hotel was beautifully designed, room was clean with comfortable bed and Smart TV. The best part are the staffs, courteous and professional ! Special thanks to Anne ( Assistant front desk Manager) , she took care of coordinating birthday surprises for my husband, decorating the room by housekeeping, birthday cake for dinner, kudos to Glow staffs for the lively birthday song. Anne also arranged for late check out. I am so pleased I chose Glee to unwind before our long flight to Canada. ????

Location a bit farther

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, great food, great staff, everything was excellent.

I’ve stayed in nearly 50 hotels across 25 countries, and this is the first time I give such a low score all because of the staff. At check-in, they told us to check with the restaurant about breakfast. During dinner, we were told it was included. The next morning, we had breakfast early, only to be charged $62 at checkout. This feels like a scam unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel. Very disappointing.

The room and bath

Breakfast can improve. Little variety. Add African cuisine including, sweet potatoes, yams, chapatis, samosas, boiled green maize. Everything that can be made for breakfast.

Very elegant new property! Beautiful friendly extremely helpful staff! In a quiet area and great facilities.
