No way ahead of time to clarify 4 instead of 2. Created big hassle to get extra bed and ultimately led to change of rooms and paying more.

In my room, I heard a constant noise of the AC or air supply system.

They put me in a room which was recently painted. The room was full of paint smell and that triggered my allergies. Then the staff moved me to a different room but still not what I booked. Totally disappointed

Trying to charge $70 if I keep the room until 7 pm. It was not clear from the booking if the breakfast included or not! I asked but no response!

Breakfast was a well managed buffet offering freshly cooked foods that would satisfy the wants of most The service is superb

The property was great. The location, facility and food were all perfect

The room was a bit cold and the air conditioner even at the lowest point wasn’t warming the room. Also I am not happy that I had to pay 50% of a day’s fee to check in 7hrs earlier. The hotel didn’t consider that I was going to check out 10hrs earlier. It is very inconsiderate of the hotel. Other 4 star hotels I have lodged in have been very considerate to allow early check without a cost.

Wi-Fi was unstable, and the equipment in the room was quite old

I arrived in the middle of the night for a short rest between flights. Room service was amazing. They made me dawa tea for my sore throat and that helped tremendously. Slept and checked out within 4 hours…when it was time to leave, they made me a cup to take with me. Very happy with everyone I came in contact with. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t like the attitude of the staff there especially at the roof top restaurant! I don’t like the lady’s attitude who served me and my sons food the one at the roof top! No way l can come to spend money and be treated badly. Normally l sleep in kempinski but this time l wanted to be close to home because I was over seeing my house construction so l wanted to be close l don’t think l will ever come back again! I have never in my life written a bad review for anyone not carrefour not for any hotel I have been to world wide. This is my first experience the place was not as clean as l expected I moved to Olive Gardens across the street and the cleanliness is up to par the stuff is amazing here too. I was even told four clients checked out of your hotel and came here l wonder why! They said they just didn’t like it there. For all that money you would expect better service. So am definitely not happy.

Room was clean and adequately spacious.

Restaurant seating area is not very conducive for large groups and the bar stools are not comfortable or ideal for the breakfast, dinner or lunch experience. Food prices are too high for meals and portions are too large.
