The Crossroads Hotel, Westlands

The outside might make you a little nervous about the quality but the hotel room was great for my two teenage children and myself. The room had three twin beds that were very comfortable. There was a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and kettle, large windows with a view. Breakfast was basic and may kids like the pancakes and the coffee was delicious. The best part is the location. It is near two different malls both within walking distance. It fit exactly what we were looking for. Sarit Centre has a movie theater, Carrefour and lots of other stores.

The lobby looks run down and could do with some paint and updated chairs. The area is large but doesn't feel very welcoming.

I didn't like anything, I stayed only two days and went to another place, and of course because of the impossibility of communicating with Booking I lost the money I paid.

Bad breakfast, bad smells in the hotel entrance that linger in your nose for a long time, unwalkable neighborhood.

You location was fantastic near many bars and restaurants

Picked up a fungal rash on my arm. Only stayed one night after I landed. So either that or the emirates flight, which I highly doubt.

A lamp at the desk would have been helpful as I had work to do and the lighting wasn't really adequate. A bit hard to find as the signage for the hotel isn't prominent.

I didn't like how the stuff,,was harrying me up..as if they were chasing me away after my stay had extended with 25mins due to some inconveniences...also the WiFi is really slow.,

An excellent hotel in a great location. The reception staff were brilliant, kind, and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as a few ATMs if you need to withdraw cash. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and had everything it needed. I used the Bolt app to get a taxi from the airport, which cost me £7.

no chair in the room, just an office chair near the desk but very uncomfortable, sat on the bed.all the other equipments were perfect.

Pleasant staff! We ordered breakfast latter and also to keep your luggage while we travelled to a safari tour and they were very attentive.

Lovely large room with a view. Good WiFi. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of hot water and fridge in room. Would stay here again. Good location near to Nairobi Street kitchen (amazing place to eat)

Staff were amazing. Good Value for price for a 3 star hotel. The staff never spared any efforts to help. Winnie at the don't desk was so courteous and welcoming. The room had everything including a coffee maker except for tooth brush and comb

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They were so kind to accept an early check-in as well as a late check out. The hotel is close to everything one needs especially during a holiday, from restaurants and shops, to a vibrant neighborhood with nightlife. The water heater and AC worked well during my stay as well as the internet. The hotel has a bar area with a city view. Downstairs the building in which the hotel is, serves buffet meals.

There were complimentary tea bags in the room but without a variety of options to choose from.The hotel is within the Crossroads Plaza. It is easier to find using that name rather than the name Crossroads Hotel.

Great staff and friendly especially in the front desk. For a 3 star hotel standards, this hotel is perfect. They just need to improve breakfast..not so many options. Yet there is a big nice restaurant in the ground floor which I am not sure if it so part of the hotel. It has the best lunch open buffet in town.
