Location, facilities and staff.

Hot water was not available in the main bathroom but worked well in the other bathroom.

The location is great, not too far from the main road . The place is great for a getaway with lovely and well manicured gardens. The rooms are spacious, with a common seating area including a balcony and an outdoors garden, and the showers are well equipped with a modern water heater. The food was well done and freshly prepared and the breakfast was great even if we had to choose from the alacarte menu, we were allowed items up to 2000kshs a person which was more than enough.

The check in process was a bit painful. The hotel didn't take note of the fact that we had booked in advance and paid via booking.com so the receptionist kept asking if we had paid up, how much and proof of payment.

Pictures online seemed photoshoped. Turned out that the place is even more beautiful than the pictures.Staff were so friendly and professional. Location was perfect. Quiet, private and accessible.

Breakfast was limited, it was not as good as I expected.

The room allocated did not have value for money. Looked like a servant quarter.

I loved the good internet connection. The place was very pretty. Next to a lot of nice places like the giraffe sanctuary or the Karen Blixen museum. Room was nice. Good TV. Pretty good bed. Nice cake.

The shower door did not completely close so the bathroom flooded after you take a shower. The check in process was a little complicated. It was a bit of a walk to get into or out of the hotel compound. Not a lot of food options in the area. The lunch and dinner foods weren’t that great. I didn’t know we needed to leave our keys in the door for someone to clean our rooms.

So many cats moving around especially during meal times, sorry I am not a cat person; thanks to Esther A. she did her best to keep them.

The ambiance was good, staff friendly and pleasant to us. The accommodation room was kept clean and tidy. The grounds were well maintained and lovely.

The day after we arrived there was a swimming gala which made us not comfortable to us the pool, find a way of informing guests of such events so as prepare them in advance of what to expect.

The place is lovely . exceptional services and the ambience is awesome.Fresh and tasty food.Security was excellent and the staff were very welcoming.The rooms are very clean and neat with hot shower.

I didn't like missing a Television in my Budget room...A Tv is a basic requirement in any lodging facility.

Customer service was top notch ?.

The church was rather loud on Sunday morning when kids were trying to get some sleep after jet lag.

I liked the pool, the breakfast on the terrace and the relaxing environment. The place is very clean. Standard room are very nice, but budget room is very small and the showers is bad. Some members of the staff are extremely nice, like Susan, others make trubles... Overall in a good place to stay, we spent 2 weeks and the location was good for us because we needed to travel to magadi everyday.

I walked into a beautiful, peaceful place. It is just as you see in the pictures.I was very well received. The staff are both friendly and professional, making you feel so comfortable and very much at home.The food is delicious: well prepared, good portions.The ambience is amazing. It really is pretty, day and night. The different size rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are a good size. The common areas are spacious and comfortable and well arranged.I've been spreading the word, and I'm definitely coming back. It's my new place to retreat and relax ? ?

When showering, the water spreads over a wider surface, and that can be looked into, so that one has dry surfaces after enjoying your shower..

The facility was beautiful and relaxing

The food could be better. The chips and sausages were great for kids but other meals were less than average .

The accomodation was excellent ,it exceeded my expectations

The accommodation does not come with food and they also do not accept food from outside which forces one to buy from them. The food was not good at all and not kiddy friendly and as a mum travelling with 3 under 5 it was really challenging. Kindly consider getting better quality food and accommodation should be at least bed and breakfast.

The landscaping and general layout of the place, it is awesome.

Lack of variety for breakfast and an impolite waitress

The rooms were awesome with great ambiance.

Guest griefing wasn't done we missed out on a lot of information that was only shared during checkout. The staff telephone lines weren't being answered. The kitchen was closed denying us access to any kitchenware we might need i.e. Plates and Spoons for eating. The shower wasn't instant we had to content with a cold shower each morning and evening.

The bed is not firm. Power kept going on and off. The staff were not very organised or professional.

I really like the way the rooms are set( kind of home/ villas.. very clean room with 2 bottles of water, rob & House shoes breakfast included. big clean swimming pool , Serves No Alkohol..

There was not room Telephone in my room although the reception is far away from the villas..
