Very Secure. Gorgeous interior design. Sophisticated and stylish. Quiet room. Fantastic staff. Lots of places to eat, drink and relax.

Nothing. This place was perfect.

Very clean, staff is incredibly friendly. Metal detectors and bag scanners to ensure guest safety. They helped my fiancé with an engagement and it was so nice! I’d absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was great and the rooftop is beautiful.

With events going on at the hotel, outdoor security is not the best at getting people parked and keeping traffic flowing. On weekends I recommend meeting your driver or uber on the street to avoid delays

We loved this place! It was like being in the middle of Nairobi of the future rather than Nairobi of the past. Great staff, fabulous check-in experience. The food was good quality and tasty.

As a vegan, it would be nice to see a few more plant-based options on the menu.

Security was really good. Very comfortable rooms. Good range of restaurants.

Restaurant service was really slow for the whole visit. Putting expenses on room account seemed to be challenging, and instead of just settling at the end, the hotel wanted security for a set amount which, when utilised, meant I couldn’t charge more expenses to the room. This was strange as I wanted to settle account at the end of the stay.

there is nothing I didn’t like about it, everything was perfect. comfortable rooms, nice shower and bed, great amenities and extremely friendly staff!

The breakfast was fantastic, is a very well located hotel, has a wonderful interior design and ambiance, a good selection of restaurants

We were taking a staycation to have a night away from our children and to sleep properly on a nice bed... We were then placed in a room above the restaurant who were moving furniture for 4 hours between midnight and 4am so we couldn't sleep. We called reception to see what can be done to reduce the noise and nothing happened and was too late to be offered an alternative room. Really disappointed...

The hotel is really nice and modern, very clean and comfortable with very helpful and professional staff. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. They had a nice surprise on arrival, the transfer they organised was great, the breakfast also great. One of the nicest things about the hotel is the rooftop bar/restaurant. They serve Peruvian food and sushi, and the food is amazing and so is the atmosphere. The music was a bit loud, but overall the place is really lively and nice. I would happily return and recommend to others

Not that much water in the rooms. Less noise would be better. Seems a little style over function.

Definitely NOT a hotel to relax and rest. Loud music played almost all day, downstairs by the pool and upstairs on the rooftop. It is a "party house" hence the name Social House, but maybe there should be a "warning" somewhere so people know what to expect. I did not enjoy my time there at all.

From the warm welcome by Ibrahim and Beautie to the thoughtful touches and beautiful aesthetic of the room and hotel restaurants our stay was absolutely perfect!

Our stay was perfect, from the beautiful room to the amazing breakfast, swimming pool and kind staff.There are 3 restaurants and 1 café (open 24h/24h) in the hotel itself.

Great smiling and friendly staff. They even left a large bunch of flowers to celebrate my wife and my wedding anniversary. Loved that the cafe at the entrance is open 24/7. And three restaurants in addition inside the one property is great. Also loved the fresh juice bar and the general buzz of this ‘social hotel’. And their app is really great as you can check your current overall bill at anytime and I found it very up to date and accurate. Really nice use of an app.

For me the only downside is it lacks a private space for guests outside to chill by a pool or in a garden. They do have a small plunge pool however it is surrounded by the restaurant tables so is more ornamental than a place to take in some sun and a swim. Perhaps one day they can purchase a little of the neighbouring land and create this space which would then make the hotel perfect.

Swanky hotel in Nairobi, centrally located. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Fully recommend.
