All food services were slow but dinner took 2 1/2 hours and appetizers arrived with dinner

On the positive side, the gym was well-equipped, and the spa was the highlight of the property. Hilda, in particular, has truly therapeutic hands. I would consider booking again primarily for the spa experience

Breakfast was quite basic with limited options. A wider variety of hot dishes and perhaps some live counters would have been expected. A’la carte orders also took quite some time to arrive, which could be improved.

My initial room was located on the 3 rd floor..It was spacious, clean, and quiet. I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee daily. The second time I checked in I was assigned a small room located behind the gym. It was dark and gloomy. The bed was too firm and the TV WiFi and kettle did not work. It was only for one night, otherwise I would have requested a different room, as my colleague did.

Avoid the hotel at all cost

They have given 2 bed for 3 person while it was clearly mentioned triple room. Room size is also very small. No shower curtain so you can’t take shower, mineral water price is very high than Boulevard. TV, intercom don’t work and no action after complain,

Was close to many things

They were very upset that I did my reservation on booking.com. And despite having free breakfast they charged me $30 per day for breakfast.

Nice hotel with great character. Nice staff and cute rooms. Benard Ochola, Duncan and Fridah were really nice and helpful. They made our stay wonderful . The gym and steam room are great too! We loved it and Paul and the staff there were also wonderful.

The rooms and bathrooms need to be refurbished and the entire hotel sprayed. The 1st room I was put up in had cockroaches. I was transferred to another room but all the same, guests shouldn't have to have such an experience.The toilet, sink and showers all need to be replaced - they are old and browning.The rooms are stuffy and the lighting could be changed as well.All the meals I ordered for weren't prepared well. Breakfast was the only meal that was just okk.

Beautiful decor, rooms were clean and staff was the highlight. They are so helpful and went out of their way to make us happy.

Superior Room is spacious and well decorated. The two twin beds were of good quality and the TV system had good programmes

Staff were unresponsive on several occasions

The hotel was very clean, central, easy to get to. the staff were very friendly in helping with any requests for example helping to book excursions out of hours, and letting me use towels and facilities after checking out for a late night flight. The room was clean and tidy and they provided shower necessaries. Breakfast and pool area were also good.

Very clean, excellent soundproofing, attentive and friendly staff. Requests were promptly fulfilled. Everything was great.

There were several small faults in the room, but we immediately asked for help and were offered to move to another room, but we refused because these faults were not critical for us.

Elegant hotel. Lovely veranda for breakfast, excellent room and friendly staff. Good location.

Food in the evening was poor and took at least 45 minutes to arrive. No soap by the hand basin in the bathroom.

Be careful to note down if you prepaid via Booking.com or not. The hotel tried to charge us for the stay at check out even though we had already prepaid.

Great to have the pool and gym available. Also handy having the restaurant and hair dresser in the building too. Great staff which helped with booking tours.

The steam room was not working.

Room got very warm, really needed airco which fortunately worked well.
