The location was great we felt very safe plus we were walking distance from supermarket and places to eat butwe really enjoyed the food at the hotel very tasty. The room was very spacious and clean house keepers come everyday to clean...the staff was so friendly and very helpful when ever you need help or to answer a few questions... FIVE STAR ?

It's not the hotels fault but the other guess at the hotel is always slamming the doors when ever they leave early in the morning

I really enjoyed the service and hospitality. The location was perfect for me, and the staff was very helpful. Overall, during my stay, I was 100% satisfied with the service. Next time I visit Nairobi, I will choose to stay at L'Aziz first, and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

My stay at this hotel in Nairobi was nothing short of amazing. The environment was clean and relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious. What stood out the most was the incredible service—Jecinta and Brian were especially outstanding. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my errands. Thanks to them, my trip felt smooth and I never once felt alone. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi.

The rooms are large and well lit with plenty of space to spread out - there is a kitchen area and lounge as well as the bedroom - with a comfy bed. Food is from a small cafe on the ground floor and can be delivered to the room - menu is limited but good. Staff were friendly and helpful from the lady who checked us in to the security guard on the gate. The car park is small but we always had space - its secure with a high wall, gate and guard.

The area is pretty noisy - and with no a/c we had the windows open - from dogs to car alarms, people, traffic, mosque ... just a lot of noise. There is a full kitchen but no crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc

I was lucky to be on the 10th floor, the view was beautiful. Meals ordered to the room also delicious. Comfortable spacious apartment. No AC though. Also, the imam in the mosque made huge noise with his prayers he sang in loud speaker, even during the night, but that's probably just some seasonal issue because I think it was Ramadan. The hockey field was interesting to watch, the noise from the players was audible but not disturbing on the 10th floor. Overall good value.

Staff were great! They decorated our room with fresh flowers upon arrival for our honeymoon. They were so accommodating with check out time. Overall location was convenient in terms of having things close by.

It would get quite noisy some nights (not all) - and this was solely based on location and has nothing to do with the actual hotel accommodations. It was unfortunate because all night, we were kept awake by dogs, monkeys, games that were held in the nearby field. Had I been a party person awake at night, I may not have minded. But as a person who really likes a quiet night of sleep - it was something noticeable for us.

The gentleman who recieced me at 0400 (early) was awesome (All staff were amazing). I was super tired when I arrived and the gentleman gave me a free room to relax and freshen up pending checking in. I would say the care i got was 1st class.

Everything was nice

The food was top notch, apartment was big and neat. The staffs were super cool and lovely . I enjoyed my stay. I will come back again.

The staff is very helpful and professional. All of them. They answer fast to any of our request. The apartment is clean and nice. Bed very comfortable and shower with hot water. Wifi everywhere in the building. Good security. The food at the restaurant is great.

No AC, no fan, no mosquito net. We had to let the windows open at night because it was very hot but we had a lot of mosquitoes. Didn’t sleep well all week.

10 stars! This place exceeded our expectation. We felt comfortable, the apartment was clean and the staff were exceptional. Virginia, Logan, Judy, Cleaning Staff and the 2 Security guards, thank you for everything. We definitely recommend this place to family and friends. We ended up extending our stay in Nairobi by 2 days.
