Best Western Premier Westlands

Everything was perfect! Besides location, top quality rooms and friendly service, the biggest and best surprise was the breakfast buffet. Wow! Amazing variety, excellent presentation and an omelette station too - and that's not all - cappuccinos too!!

Almost everything Amazing staff Very cleans Great design Fast internet Conveniently located near malls

Difficult to maneuver the car in front hotel due to lack of space

Friendly staff, fair prices, clean facility, good breakfast, and convenient location.

The combined washer/dryer in my room (#503) did not dry the clothes we washed. Also, the thermostat in our room did not control the temperature. We had to open windows and deal with the noise outside.

The breakfast was great, loved the pastries, &the dining space is so beautiful .. the rooms are specious and beds so comfortable. Got a balcony room, loved the fresh air. The staff were so kind and so helpful.

It had no swimming pool and the TV wasn’t working.

Clean and comfortable room, plus 24-hr restaurant on-site with great breakfast spread and Asiatic restaurant with excellent lunch/dinner options.

Small room but well decorated and organized

Small lobby and only 1 restaurant

Nice, clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The breakfast

Elevator stopped working and I had to climb to the top floor via stairs

The room was very nice and clean. Nice and spacious. Good location.I wish I could've stayed longer.I liked that the breakfast was available as 'take away'.

The staff provided me with a very early check-in time which I appreciated. Location of the property is perfect for sarit centre

During my two days there was a problem with the room safe. The fridge for some reason was like a sauna and not a fridge even with the temperature dial on maximum. Have informed the reception and hopefully they will sort these two problems out.

Security, Staff, overall room amenities and cleanliness are top notch

Breakfast needs an overhaul, and the room entertainment system needs to be modernized

The location is perfect for accessing the shopping malls, restaurants etc. At the same time, it feels safe and quiet inside the hotel.

Nothing of particular.

Great chain hotel, nice facilities, wonderful staff, good breakfast

My room was very dark because it faced the wall of the nearby building.

Good location. Good service. 3 restaurants in - good options for food.

Room was dark because it faced a side of the hotel.

breakfast and food options were great - considering I am a vegetarian. the location is also nice, just next door to a major shopping mall.

getting back to the hotel though can be a challenge in the evening hours with the post-office rush - that is probably the only drawback of the hotel

Very clean, centrally located in the heart of Westlands, super comfortable beds.

I was charged a fee of KES 900 simply for ordering my breakfast in the room. Tray charges are a maximum of 200 - 300 KES and USD 8 was a little too high especially since i ordered for my breakfast during the breakfast timings. FYI - i was on B/B,

Spent my first night in Nairobi here before heading out on safari, and it was an excellent choice. Clean, comfortable, and staff was super friendly & helpful. Appreciated the airport transfer with my late evening arrival flight. Good value for money - would happily stay here again in Nairobi.

Great location, excellent staff, food the best. Parking and taxi pickup is a challenge, but manageable.

Everything was up to my standards for a 1st class hotel

Property is located walking distance to a mall, breakfast was ok. Good for a night while traveling.

Guest was stuck in elevator on few occasions due to power outage.Being a rewards member, per staff points couldn't be added to account since reservation was made through booking.com

Staff were very good and my room was clean and spotless.Breakfast was very good too.
