Highlands Suites Hotel Apartments

The room itself was excellent! Good amount of space, nice living area, balcony/shower were all great. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Downstairs cafe was good, and the pool was very cool. Good location too.

The way I was handle at the checkout. I was forced to pay twice. The lady told me that my credit card didn't go through and he cant see my payment. She forced me to pay twice then after 3min she told me she is sorry that she didn't see payment. She promised me that they will refund which I have not received upto date.

Practical and safe location and amenities. Loved the cafe on premises too and it was nice that breakfast was included in price.

There were cockroaches in my kitchenette so I decided not to use it. The building work next door was incredibly loud and disruptive; it also meant I could not use the balcony or the pool on the roof. I suggest you build a screen so guests can still use it in privacy. The rooms need to be aired out properly between guests. Your front-desk staff seem unhappy to be in customer service- I don't know if it's their pay, or what.

Breakfast was great and the restaurant staff were lovely

We had requested a cot (which had been approved) but on arrival there was no cot available. Also, we had been told that the apartment had a king bed in 1 bedroom and another twin bedroom (as per their website), but in fact the apartment contained a queen bed and a double bed (no twin beds available). There was also construction going on on 2 sides of the property which is unavoidable but would have been good to know about in advance

Security Guards are very Helpful, and other staff also not bad, overall staff are very helpful, also thier equiped Kitchen is very Nice. Liked it. small but clean room.

They have old TV, in current we are living here in this time there is side cunstruction is happening so some crouded in day time also currect senario road which conencted with hotel is building so somehow can't go directly to door so afraid but I think this is temporiry so you can ask before heading there about, it can be completed soon, I Hope.

Modern design, inside and out. Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is good and price is very reasonable.

The shower is pretty bad, it is very small and sprays water everywhere. Also getting warm water is a challenge.

Our stay was exceptional. The facilities were more than we could ask for. The staff was friendly, and the food served was delicious. 10/10 would book again

There was a construction nearby, but that obviously it's out of the hotel staff's controll.

The staff were very pleasant and Mary, the receptionist on duty was equally helpful with all my requests. James the caretaker on duty was exceptional! Very helpful with making sure we had everything working fine.

- I had made a request for a room higher up but got one on the first floor though after I spoke to Mary, she was able to move us up to a higher floor, 4th floor which was pretty decent- There was DSTV which initially didnt work though James sorted that out. It could be ideal having a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc so guests can log in with their own accounts- The shower wasn't working at first but James fixed it though in the morning it wasn't as hot and one of the guests had to take a cold shower. It picked up much later but still not as hot as the night before.- There's was no fridge but this was brought in after I requested. I think a fridge should generally just be in the room before having a guest request it. - The kitchen also needed a few basic items like perhaps dish washing items and also a cloth at least to dry things. - The wifi details shared initially on the table were not accurate to the router in our room but James sorted that out though and gave us the right details

I appreciated the hotel's security and cleanliness, and they offered excellent Wi-Fi. The morning breakfast wasn't a buffet, but there was a great variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was quite nice, but there was frequent noise from the construction of a new tower, which felt like an earthquake occurring every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, making it difficult to stay there.

The basic standard was met and exceeded. Clean, spacious, and friendly.

The TV had only two channels and didn't switch to smart mode. I couldn't watch YouTube or Netflix.

The accommodation was really nice and comfortable, although I would have liked to have airconditioning. Having said that, I had a fan, which was good enough.

There's something about this place that is so comforting. Must be a combination of things and staff. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area, peaceful, and has a swing/rocking chair - good for deep thought. Living spaces in the room are excellent with DSTV and great kitchen untensils. I was impressed by the staff courtesy and how they were eager to help. Sheila (I think that was the name) assisted me with a good working chair and even gave me tips to stay healthy while working. Thanks. I definitely recommend this place.

Please put some bin liners in the kitchen. Some tea bags and coffee would be great too.

Facilities were definitely value for money and staff were highly relatable

I would have loved to have the restaurant available during the evening after 8:30pm. Perhaps the idea might to have a night menu that can be delivered from some other organisation, but coordinated by the resception staff - just a thought, as there will be advantages/disadvantages from the organisation's point of view.

The location and staff were amazing! The staff were responsive, flexible and helpful. There’s a free to use washer and dryer.The roof top is small but it was quiet enough for relaxing. The swimming pool was small but handy.The breakfast restaurant was so handy! They did room service and the dishes I had were delicious. The staff were great too.I walked around and felt safe. Lots of shopping, restaurants and the Yaya centre within walking distance. I got some items to cook and it was nice to be able to do some cooking with local produce.

The shower cubicle was very small, it was very low pressure and you can adjust the height.The tv had weak signal and was placed in an awkward position for a studio room. The microwave was placed quite high.

Breakfast was great and plenty. Freshly made.

Their MediaTv systems needs an upgrade. Other than that.. All was great.
