Location and Rooms were very good.

A limited room service menu, lighting in the bedroom is limited, Creamers and tea bags given are very few. Rate may be more favourable for foreigners than East Africans.

The staff were very helpful and quick to bring up anything that was requested. The restaurant was fabulous. The brunch had lots of selection, serving traditional African, Indian and Western breakfast foods. We were also there for the Friday night bbq, so good.

The beds were hard and the pillows were too soft. Nice bathroom but the water in the shower would either run too hot or too cold. Still, an overall nice stay.

The hotel itself is very nice. However, the staff is very far from professional.

It is what it is – a third world mentality will always be a third world mentality. In my case they were lying to me on several occasions (when I proved they were lying, they apologized but they shouldn’t have lied in the first place) and of course - changing prices of services as it suited them.

Nice service, great breakfast, and the decoration is very artistic, nice experience.

I recently stayed at pullman Nairobi and had an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated. The staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. My stay was truly memorable! Thank you!

Location and the food

Stylish hotel with very friendly staff.

An aging hotel was modernized with a manageable investment of resources. Unfortunately, the main focus was on repainting the walls and placing new beds in the rooms. A fundamental renovation was not carried out. The bathroom looks like a 5* hotel did in the 90s, without a hairdryer on the wall but with a phone next to the toilet instead. Fixtures and tiles that would never be used today. Additionally, there are gaps, cracks, dents, etc., everywhere. The idea is great, it's really stylish on first sight, but for the price being charged, expectations are unfortunately not met.

Overall it was a good. It was a decent location. They accommodate early breakfasts in case you are heading out for a day trip or safari. Rooms are clean and breakfast options are ok as well.

Most staff are nice, but some are not flexible or very helpful. They seemed to be more worried about the guests who come for conferences or work than guests who come for a holiday. If that is the case, I think they should advertise it clearly.

Marketed as 5 star, far from it. No dining facilities, terrible room service and low quality room fittings and furnishings.
