Very comfortable beds. Nice friendly and educated staff.
Walls of shower could be cleaned better....
WiFi was no secure. I did not manage to use the internet because my antivirus bloqued my access .
The windows are not exactaly soundproofing....
Everything works really well and look nice
There are very small things which didn’t not impact on the overall feedback of the hotel. Some of the towels were old, the lift was a bit dirty (hand marks) and the bathroom was a bit dark as one of the lamps had blown out
Location.
the bottle always miss / end.. ... every day just 1 bottle of coffee and it ends in minutes ... and the replace takes too long to make many people give up this type of coffee.I had a serious problem that another guest was assigned to my room 613 05/05/2021 and entered his key during the night causing a lot of fright for me ... I will make me not recommend this hotel to our company.
Disappointing
I had to change rooms two times. First, because the air conditioning was dripping and afterwards because the TV was not working, No compensation for my trouble was offered.

Breakfast and its Guys was wonderfull
I Think that the price for chocolates and snakes is abusive. Honestly...You don´t need it..
