We had a large corner suite. The grounds are very pretty. Nice breakfast included.

Shower head needs replacing. Weekend events can have music playing until midnight.

The location and staff are really amazing. We will definitely return to this hotel. The weather was not really great so we could not use the pool and other outdoor facilities. The gym in the hotel is not fantastic but reasonable.

It is always quiet here when we come. The Imperial Suite is very nice with two Jacuzzis and two showers. Water pressure is great. Beautiful furniture. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked great.

WiFi was a little spotty. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were put in another room to wait. The pool that is usually heated was not so it was a bit chilly. No towel service available. We stayed here last year and there was more selection at breakfast.

I liked the pool and breakfast. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool, so it had a nice view. There was a gym with plenty of equipment. They offered games, such as billiards, foosball, and ping pong. They keep the grounds pristine. Breakfast had plenty of fruits available. They offer free tea with a hot/cold water dispenser in the lobby.

They were out of darts, so I couldn't use that game. Breakfast didn't have any vegan milk options, but I'll still give them a 10, as the hotel was really nice.

We loved the room #301. There is a nice terrace and it overlooks the courtyard. Love the tub! The breakfast was great. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The front desk, parking and bellhop service was great.

The service in the restaurant was not good and the food was just passable. The Ceasar salad was limp, stale croutons, and barely any dressing. The ceviche was too limey; almost inedible. We ordered a pitcher of juice at the pool and it never arrived and when we told the service person, instead of him going to get it, we had to go get it. We booked massages and when we arrived for the session, we were told that the therapist was out of town and we could not have massages.

No currency exchange for Australian dollars, which should be available in a hotel like that. Smaller hotels that we have stayed in in Chocabamba have exchanged our Australian dollars for Bolivian

Room was good but no balcony which was a pity for a room of that price. Room was the presidential suite which really should have a balcony overlooking the pool

The breakfast was not near as good as our previous visit 4 years ago.Eggs looked awful and not fresh. In previous trip they made fresh omelette on demand.This was disappointing for us

Staff was nice. Great location.

We ordered room service and had hair in our fish. Still had to pay for our meal. Not even discounted.There was no hot water. Barely got lukewarm.

Disappointing

The rooms were very old. There was a tremendous gap between the bottom of the door and the floor where many mosquitos came in during the night. There was no safe and the TV was very small and at least 15 years old. Breakfast was average but the coffee was terrible. Many 4 star hotels have better facilities. The only thing that rescues this hotel is the service and staff which were great.

Fantastic in every way! Very genuinely friendly and helpful staff.
