They didn't have airport shuttle, but it wasn't super important, As there is taxis everywhere in abundance.

Spacious and greatly decorated rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

breakfast and room were fine. The restaurant service needs more staff and/or faster service. I invited my family to meet me, we were 7 people and I had to get up several times to ask for service. My family ended leaving without drinking a second cup of tea because we were waiting forever.

Outside atmosphere, location, dealing, attendance in reception, very bad entrance from parking to hotel rooms, very disappointed with the reception and system of the hotel.

The building is incredible.. and the rooms it was confortable… all was ok

Good, clean and great staff

I liked the hotel, the room was confortable big bathroom, good water pressure, good breakfast, the bar and restaurant are also convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

location isn’t near anything…no decent restaurants or shops nearby the guy on reception wasn’t very friendly wanted an early start to cross the border….went to the restaurant for breakfast at 7am….no food until almost 7.20am

Facilities

I wanted to do an upgrade, they didn’t allowed me cause it was a booking reserve. They argue that the system didn’t give options, however it’s hard to believe that the property don’t give a chance to do something that is a win-win for both (customer and hotel)

Big room (I booked the suite) and good pressure in the shower. Bed good quality also and the cleaning.

Staff messed up my day by lying to me (I asked twice) - needed to extend my stay in the same room (important work) and they told me twice it's fine (one day before extending = confirmed!), after which that morning they suddenly said "system error" caused the room to be not available. System errors are a common excuse for "I didn't do my job and lied to you". I was going to stay a few weeks but this made me leave. Employees like this cost the company money, this sort of disrespect cause guests to leave.
