The location is convenient and the price is very reasonable.

Needed a receipt, but it was difficult to get from the staff.

Nice room and everything I need is prepared. Haven't checked breakfast yet, it's written that it's crowded during the Golden week, but except that I'm satisfied with my stay here.

Don't want to blame anybody but I can speak Japanese clearly, and it'd be fine to get a response in Japanese as well, not in English.

Only about a 15 minute walk from Oita station and downtown, this was a good little hotel. The room was small but good enough for one person and very comfortable. The staff on check-in were really friendly and helpful. The hotel also had an associated onsen down the road, however I wasn't able to make use of this during my stay.

Good fulling breakfast. Not too far from bus and train stations.

the staff are super nice and helpful, i was so impressed.for a single room (breakfast included ) with this pricing, i think this is valuable.

Good location, 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Very nice room, good view from the 7th (top) floor. Very helpful staff. Convenience store is right next door. Refrigerator, tea kettle, TV, air conditioning.

small and very tired. shower curtain had so much mould. Although breakfast was included we opted to go elsewhere.

The wifi was fast. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a big bento box. A bit of a walk from the train station.

There was a lot of dust pilling up in the corners and underneath things. They need to vacuum around the refrigerator and corners. They need to use the hose attachment to get into those area.
