Nice onsen and location

Elevators can be slow at busy time.

loved the hot and cold onsen and saunas and proximity to the main shopping square (central location as it is all one complex). water pressure is amazing.

rooms are small (good for 1-2 people). But very clean.

The location is good, the room is clean. Indoor onsen is convenient.

Not easy to locate as the lift leading to the reception is in a shopping malls. Check in staff are not very friendly.

Overall very decent stay during our visit to Oita. Love the breakfast provided.Room was super comfortable, I had a long drive from Fukuoka to Oita and enjoy my rest there. Location is convenient to most amenities with train station and mall located within the hotel premise, and surrounded by plenty good food to explore.

The decor was gorgeous and the hotel was in good shape.

They don’t allow you to use Spa and rooftop if you have Tattoos but charge you the fees

Location was perfect, jjust a few steps away of the Oita station door. Technically the same building.It was very convenient to go some hot places like Beppu or Yufuin.

Perfect for guests without a car. Walking distance to pedestrian street, and literally on the rails. We have a rented car, and parking is possible just at the level of the reception in the parking house of the neighbouring mall.Open air spa with views from 21st storey impressive.

Rooftop onsen is fantastic (open until 23:00 and from 06:00 in the morning).Rooms are big for Japanese standards and very comfortable. Location is perfect, just beside the railway station and a big mall.

The hotel is literally just beside the Oita station, so you could travel to Beppu and Yufuin without much hassle, and you could do some shopping in AMU plaza, or grab a quick bite before you go off. The hotel provides free shiitake tea, and also you can enjoy the public bath here (there's extra charges to be collected upon check in).

The Onsen facilities are exceptional and offer a fantastic view of the bay but the hotel is also perfectly placed to offer the wide variety of aspects of Oita, one of Japan’s smaller but very attractive cities.

Directly at the station that has a mall.Bus Stations right infront too. Coin Laundry on two different floors was really helpful.Microwaves and vending machines are also available.Love the TV that lets you see how congested the wellness area is and let's you see which laundromats are being used+how much time is left for the cycle. Wellness Spa was super nice and easy to understand due to english instructions. Outdoor bath with overlooking view spectacular. Reception had bus times for Oita Airport, which was really helpful since Google didn't show some of them.

Kinda annoying to switch elevators to get to the first floor from the rooms to the lobby.

Rooms were good size. Reception provided needed help with baggage. Rooms are quiet

Despite advance warning to provide light excluding drapes this did not occur and my wife could not sleep. Plus requesting allergy free pillows, a down pillow was provided. Reception unable to exchange money and the stores around closed at 8pm. Parking Lot 1 difficult to find and the hotel has no signage to indicate that the correct parking has been found. Western breakfast mediocre and we had to provide our own soy or almond milk. If going by ferry be careful . It’s a very slow road to the port- an hour
