Pros +
- The location was excellent! The room was very clean and the staff were so friendly.
- good breakfast, parking was not available on site so have to park on public parking which about 5 mins walk
- Clean, tidy and very convenient. Shops and food store nearby.
Cons -
- The beds were a little hard, but it was still ok
- My room should be breakfast included but somehow they told me the booking not shown and it took quite a while to fix that but finally it was solved.
- Not only Forza but EVERY hotel today insist on using hot duvet (doona). Without option of a top sheet. We have to pull out duvet and remake bed. Only one hotel provided a separate top sheet. This is not cost effective because to sleep under hot blanket you would have to run AC at 10c

Helpful staff. Luggage storage. Thoughtful placing our luggage ahead in our room. Thoughtful placing us on laundry floor as we were there for many days. The location close to station, local bus, airport bus, under cover shopping arcade. Nice street view.
